Vacation rentals with beach access in Torbay

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

David and Catherine were extremely accommodating hosts. They were quick to respond and there was always an open line of communication. The apartment was excellent and well located for the harbour, bars and places to eat out. Would recommend.

Staying at Andrew & Sara’s place was so wonderful - it looked exactly like the photos and made for a fantastic long weekend at the Pirate Festival! The flat was absolutely spotless and contained really thorough instructions for everything - most towels and utensils etc. were provided, but we did need to buy bathroom supplies, baking paper and clingfilm, which we’d forgotten to bring with us. The area itself feels so safe and the flat has an incredible view, but is up lots of steps, so do be prepared for that! It was completely worth it, though: I could have sat at the living room window and watched the harbour for hours, it was a very special place to be. A beautiful, well looked after home that I highly recommend - I very much hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicki’s place. It was well furnished with most items needed for a stay away from home. The Airbnb was also conveniently located near by the beach and transport links. We would love to stay here again.

The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The double bed was very comfy and I slept well. It was a short 10 minute downhill walk into the town. Caught a taxi back to save our legs.

Really nice top floor flat with great views of the harbour. Glenn was a top host and really responsive providing clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

Another great holiday at Goodrington Lodge. We've stayed numerous times in different apartments here over the last 10 years or so and we still come back every year. The location is great for us and is very dog friendly. Our 2 Jack Russell's love it. Apartment 7 is ideal for us and the dogs and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Adam is a great host, very friendly and quick to reply to messages. We will be back again for certain!

A lovely house to accommodate our family while visiting relatives in Paignton , the house was immaculately clean ( I’ve never seen such a beautiful spotless bathroom) , full of all the amenities you’d ever need and positioned between two beaches and plenty of walks . The attention to detail with all the extras was much appreciated , there’s plenty of lovely towels , hairdryers , spare toiletries , condiments in the kitchen , high chair and even a bucket and spade . Lauren went over and above getting us a fan for the babies room and dropping it off within half an hour of us messaging. We really can’t fault the place and wouldn’t hesitate to return . Thank you Lauren and Jordan for a lovely place to stay .

A stunning lodge located in an upscale part of Brixham. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need – from a great coffee selection to hot chocolate, Biscoff treats, and even a variety of water. The interiors were beautifully designed with a stylish boho vibe, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Thanks to Helen’s lovely place, I had the chance to discover Brixham – a charming, picturesque town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We had a wonderful few days staying at Smuggler's Cottage and exploring Brixham. The cottage is in a great location with absolutely beautiful views over the harbour from the sitting room and upstairs bedroom. It had everything we needed inside (spacious and comfy, well equipped kitchen), and a lovely outside patio, table and chairs for sitting out in the morning/evening to enjoy the views. The cottage is a short 5-minute walk from the centre of town/harbourside, either via steps or there's a step-free path. Thank you Kath - would definitely recommend and hope to return to Brixham again.

My partner and our 2 young daughters had a lovely stay here. It was a good base to explore the local surroundings. There is no parking outside and we had to park over the main road but the host was helpful in giving us this information before hand. The sofa bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed

Stuart was a great host, he answered all questions within minutes. he advised when we could check in early and as was always friendly and very helpful whenever we we saw him. he has a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Another great stay at Gull’s Cry. A beautiful area, even out of season. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchen.

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

Sue and David are perfect hosts, we felt tremendously welcome and their willingness to share local knowledge helped us to plan our days out. The accommodation is beautifully presented and creates an atmosphere perfect for unwinding and downtime. It is well equipped with everything you might need with welcome gestures an added touch! Sue has put together an information booklet which is a treat to read and covers everything you might need to plan your days. We will undoubtedly return and spend longer next time. A beautiful area with lots to explore and some great dog friendly beaches close by. Many thanks Sue and David for an enjoyable stay.

Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning apartment! The space was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely gorgeous and even better than the photos. Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay her attention to detail is impeccable and the little extra touches were really thoughtful. A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. The perfect place for a trip to Brixham. Location was less than a 5 minute walk into the harbour, the cottage was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities needed. Fabulous penthouse, beautifully decked out with everything you could wish for!! The views are superb and it was lovely to drink them all in from the balconies or inside. Our friend is not too clever on his feet so it was perfect to drive into the garage & get the lift. It all worked extremely well. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to stay in your amazing penthouse, we loved it!
