Real talk — pick this house. It's GORGEOUS and COMFORTABLE. I'm an ICU nurse by day and contractor by night and have spent the past 9 months remodeling it to perfection. Spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room/TV area. -2 bedrooms (queen beds) -Office (pull-out couch + curtain for privacy) -Living room couch can be slept on. 30 minutes to Zion NP + infinite other recreation options. I'm not kidding — you'll be SO HAPPY you picked my house.

Renovated in 2024! we listened to the feedback and put in a kitchen! 4 burner stove, full size dishwasher, coffee maker and supplies for your basic cooking needs. This almost 1300 sq ft basement living area with two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed both with amazing views. Perfect for family and groups of 10 or less. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!

The pickleball palace is a great place to stay. Close to Zion national Park. Beautiful. Large enough to sleep 12. Abby was fantastic. friendly, responsive, helpful with tips on local places and the parks. I highly recommended it to anybody. Sure there are closer places to the park but I doubt any of them feels like home the way we felt

The house is comfortable and a great location for everywhere we wanted to go. Angela has been very responsive and most helpful and the best host we have dealt with in our travels. We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cabin near Zion National Park! It was the perfect home base for exploring Zion and the surrounding canyons. The location was ideal—just about a 30-minute drive into the park, which made it easy for us to beat the early morning crowds and get a head start on the trails. The cabin itself was cozy, well-designed, and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—just what we needed after a long day of hiking. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into the space, from the stylish decor to the little extras like coffee and snacks that made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zion!

Our stay here was amazing. The house is very spacious and lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and very quiet. We loved all the different outdoor spaces. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The soaker tub in the master bedroom was an added bonus! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and it was only a short drive to the grocery store. Our stay here was absolutely perfect!

My partner and I loved staying in Kenzie’s guest house! The self-check in was super easy, especially since we arrived late. The bed was very comfortable, and she even provided one soft and one firm pillow each - super thoughtful. The area is very quiet and we had great sleeps. Also super easy drive to Zion! The best breakfast I’ve ever had at River Rock Cafe - one of Kenzie’s recommended restaurants!

We loved this place, the swim spa, trampoline and play area outside as well as space for our kids. Beds were comfortable and we loved the local coffee shop 5 min away, River Rock Roasting, that had great views and yummy food. Close enough to many Zion hiking options and St George. Hosts were responsive and quick with any questions we had! Highly recommend. We are a family of 5 and it was really comfortable!
