There is a bathroom and toilet, two sleeping places in the bedroom and two sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room. There are bed linens, towels, dish towels and kitchen towels. Coffee and tea (as well as filters) for the first night. There is internet, radio and DVD, board games and books. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator with freezer, stove, as well as tableware and cooking utensils. The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.
