Large nice sofa where you can see TV. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In addition, there is an office with a workspace and closet wall. You have your own cozy enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill. There is a private playground with swings and brand new trampoline. Use of the playground is at your own risk.
