Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garden Lodge is at the top of our garden so expect to have to climb some steps (17 made of bricks). It has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. Garden Lodge is made of reclaimed bricks and has a polish concrete floor. It has a small kitchen area outside the main building. It has a decking with outdoor garden furniture and a fire pit.
