Here is ample opportunity for walking and cycling tours around the associated 9 ha, and plenty of children's play and ball games. Large terrace overlooking its own lake and wood-burning stove in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen as well as dining room and large activity room.

This beautiful apartment on the 1st floor offers modern comfort in charming surroundings. The location is absolutely ideal – centrally located close to the cozy lake Munkedammen, which also has a nice playground for the children. In addition, the Rosengård Center with more than 150 shops and over 25 restaurants is less than 1 km away. Close to Tinderbox, one of Odense's biggest annual events with live concerts and lots of atmosphere. Free parking is available right in front of the house.

Despite the proximity to Odense and the highway across Fyn, the annex 'Stærekassen' feels like a remote and hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Enjoy the eagles gliding the skies, the heron fishing in the small lake, the many deer strolling the garden, the wealth of birds and the pheasant trying to impress the hens.
