The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. Even nicer than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay at this property was simply fantastic – even nicer than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal to reach many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere – we felt at home from the first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly involved and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable – our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time – I'm sure we'll be back!

We spent 9 wonderful days in Mikela's vacation home. The children especially liked the large garden with pool and the play facilities. House and amenities were exactly as described. Mikela lives with her family right next door and was always helpful to reach or gave us insider tips for the area. Although the house is rural, it is ideally located to quickly reach excursion destinations both with the beach and inland. We definitely plan to come back. Thanks again to you Mikela!

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely found such a positive experience while traveling. In real life, even more beautiful and larger than in the pictures. Marina was super communicative and quick to respond. When we're back in Istria, there's only one AirBnB for us.

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Villa Casa Nova is relatively new, in a quiet location, well equipped and very clean. The village of Bale is located halfway between Rovinj and Pula. The sea is also only a few kilometers away. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything tipitopi. The rooms and bathrooms are functional and very nice. The mattresses guarantee a restful sleep. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the private barbeque room invites you to barbecue in a great atmosphere. Everything was provided except for the charcoal.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

Very nice villa in a quiet area. Several externally similar houses in a small settlement, Located about 20 minutes from Porec and Rovinj, but easy to reach by car. Villa exactly matches the photos. Highly recommended. Easy check-in and check-out with keybox. Super nice quiet area. But also no problem to let a little loud music run. Amenities largely correspond to the description, only small things were missing, such as salt,pepper and oil. Or a working hairdryer.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We really didn't miss anything: everything was sparkling clean, well equipped and designed with a lot of love for detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We had a great week in this nicely renovated and cosy house with a nice living room and great garden with pool. It is located right between several nice cities like Rovinji, Porec and Pula and close to many nice beaches. It is a place where you feel a home straight away.

The place is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modernly decorated, very clean, well maintained and excellently equipped. Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.
