A gorgeous house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, 5 blocks from vibrant Palemo Soho Plaza Serrano. As you enter the house on the ground floor there is a hall, then a nice living room with fireplace, plus dining room, all looking to a nice courtyard full of plants, with a barbecue. The kitchen and a toilett complete the ground floor and then a staircase brings you to the bedrooms. On the 1st floor the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtube. Other 2 bedrooms might have one queen or 2 twin beds . There is another full bathroom with an open prebathroom, 2 lavatories, and a bathtube. Finally there is an office that could also be a 4th bedroom with 2 twin bed. On the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous playroom, 2 nice terraces with tables and sunbeds to hang out in the sun and a small bathroom with shower, plus laundry including washing machine and dryer. The house easily accommodates 8 persons, up to 10 considering 2 beds in the playroom. There is Wi Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living and dining room and playroom. And 2 LCDs 32” TV with cable, between other services. Maid service: 8 hours a week.

De super explications, très bon emplacement ! C’est à côté de plein de choses ( supermarché, bar, etc..). Dommage que je n’ai pas pus voir les hôtes pour les remercier du fond du coeur 🙏🏿. Séjours cours mais intense 🤩. Parfait pour un voyage en famille ou groupe d’amis ! Je recommande !!!

Romslig og sjarmerende hus med behagelig beliggenhet i nærheten av buss og metro. Vi var to barnefamilier som nøt godt av mange soverom, to stuer og flere uteområder. Verten var behjelpelig til å svare på spørsmål før ankomst, og serviceminded til å ordne ting underveis i oppholdet. Før med kodelås fungerte veldig bra - deilig å slippe nøkler!

La casa de Loli es espectacular, muy bonita y cómoda,grande y puesta con mucho gusto,un jardín muy agradable, donde desayunamos todos los dia y con piscina.Perfecta para una familia grande.Hay servicio de limpieza 3 veces por semana,la chica es muy simpática y nos lavó la ropa.Han estado muy atentos con nosotros durante toda la estancia,conocimos a la dueña que es encantadora .La recomiendo 100%!! Es una casa muy especial y no dudaría en volver con la familia. La zona es muy agradable y hay muchos restaurantes buenos alrededor y tiendas,perfecta para pasear por los alrededores.

Great spot for a group. We were 6 people and each had their own room. There are a lot of stairs, so this won’t work for someone who has difficulty with them. Beautiful place with a great rooftop. Nice hosts and good cleaning staff. Felt safe. Not super quiet but I still got good sleep! A great stay for several weeks in BsAs. Recommend booking!

Ines’s house is a slice of paradise tucked away in one of the best neighborhoods of Buenos Aires! The ability to be in the heart of the action while simultaneously having space to relax is unmatched. Ines is the definition of a super host. She was always available to answer our questions and was extremely accommodating to our requests. She treated us like we were part of her family and truly added to our trip. Nosso grupo - 10 pessoas - se hospedou em Casa Bill em janeiro/2025, o local comportou bem o nosso grupo. O casa estava impecável (limpeza, organização), tudo estava exatamente como mostram as fotos. O bairro é tranquilo e com facilidades próximas a casa (padaria, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes). Os anfitriões foram super presentes e rápidos em toda a comunicação conosco. Perto da data do nosso check in, nos enviaram as informações e combinados sobre a casa (tudo muito organizado), além de dicas importantes e bacanas sobre Buenos Aires. Foi uma ótima experiência!
