Privately located in our back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Our self contained annex sits in a Peaceful & Rural location with stunning countryside views of the bluebell woodlands beyond. Located only 3 miles from the historic town of Henley on Thames and within view of the beautiful National Trust’s Grey’s Court, we are ideally located to explore the local area whilst remaining secluded away from the hustle and bustle . Walkers & bikers are spoilt for choice with footpaths leading from the garden including one that leads to a wonderful local pub.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

Light and Airey studio above double garage within main house grounds over looking fields to rear with residents ponies, stair access to side (not suitable for those guests with mobility difficulty). Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Guests have private use of a lawn surrounded by woodland, and patio, for outdoor dining. The pool house is set right on a bridleway, which connects with excellent biking and walking trails. Nearby Goring and Pangbourne have cafes, artisan cheese and bakery shops, supermarkets and train stations.

Unwind in this quiet rural retreat on the edge of the Chilterns, close to Reading, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley on Thames. A gorgeous barn, set in beautiful surroundings. Doggy friendly escape! We have full itineraries for nights away with walks, suggestions of where to eat and things to do. Annex with its own access and pretty courtyard garden. Off-street parking. Check in is from 3pm, check out is 11am 15 minute walk to Caversham, 30 minute walk to Reading Station. King size bed with good quality linen and a well equipped bathroom and kitchen.
