Monthly Rentals in Token Creek

Mine was an extended stay in the middle of an extremely cold winter. In-floor heating was a big plus. A couple of glitches along the way, but Jennifer was very responsive and found the resources to resolve the issues. It is relatively new construction, and 10-15 minutes from anything one might need. For me, vastly superior to other lodging options.

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

My band was on a tour and this was just the place we needed! Trevor was easy to get in touch with and the place was super beautiful and affordable. I’ll definitely be booming here again

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful place! The view of the golf course is simply stunning, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Vicki is incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during my time here. I felt so at home that I've decided to extend my stay not once, but twice! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway
