Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tohoku Region

A spacious & beautiful house. Bring a large group! We enjoyed playing in the snow outside, and short walk or drive to the Monkey Park. The house was spotless, and very comfortable.

It was a building made of a lot of wood, and there was a wood stove, so we had a pleasant time even in winter.It's on the side of the road, but it's quiet at night and I didn't mind the sound of cars. The kitchen was also stocked with cooking utensils, and I thought I should have brought more ingredients. The rice was also excellent. We had a pleasant time with the ski resort and day-use bathing facilities nearby. It might be a waste to stay for just one night.Thanks for your hospitality!

Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was special. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail has been thought of, making it feel like a home away from home. The space is spacious, cozy, and filled with thoughtful amenities, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was a great bonus, offering a peaceful retreat. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, and even providing thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a welcome basket. Communication was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions without being intrusive.

The room was clean and there were plenty of places to hang out in the neighborhood, and the location was nice.The BBQ grill was almost exclusively brought in ingredients, and I enjoyed the comforts of a hotel and the fun of camping.

Three families of 11 people and two dogs stayed together. I was very grateful to be able to contact the owner immediately before and after my stay, and for their kind responses. Dogs were allowed in all the rooms, so we were able to spend time freely and both people and dogs enjoyed it. The baked sweet potato that the owner gave us was so delicious that everyone was impressed. There was a private house nearby, and I was worried that it might bother the neighbors when singing karaoke, so I went outside to check, but I couldn't hear much outside, so I was able to enjoy it without worrying about it. The bath was also spacious and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. I would love to use it again.

The advance information was polite, and they explained things directly after the stay, so I was able to use it comfortably with peace of mind. I would like to visit again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yoji Studio! Amy and the host were incredibly helpful and provided us with amazing recommendations. We stayed whilst we were snowboarding, the accommodation has the added bonus of 20% off the snow rental shop on the slopes! The place felt just like home, so close to all amenities and plentiful space, utensils in the little kitchenette. Coffee machine was great too! Lovely comfy king sized bed to rest in after a long day on the slopes! There is a washer dryer to use with complimentary detergent, also shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom! Smart TV and wifi for the nights we stayed in. Next door is the studio space with gym and yoga equipment; a stones throw away from a local (free) onsen to soak those aching muscles! All round great hosts, a great little spot, couldn’t be happier with the week we had staying here! Thank you so much for having us ☺️

From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen/ living space was fantastic!! Also the bath! Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

A group of 5 of us had a lovely couple of nights staying here. Wish we could’ve stayed longer as it had everything we needed, was very spacious, clean, and in a good location being a short walk from a train station and a Lawson mart. It was great being close to the park filled with cherry blossoms during the season and a food market. Ayu was a lovely host and will be happy to accommodate your needs. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in which was very helpful.

It was very helpful that they prepared all the charcoal and fire in the afternoon. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the view from the window was even better than the photos. The surroundings were quiet and we had a very comfortable time.

It is an amazing place to stay at! Near the station and bus stop and next to an amazing restaurant. Saito-san was an amazing host, always attentive and friendly, the instructions were clear. 100% recommend for everyone wanting to stay at Nikko!

Fantastic stay here with the family. A couple of minutes walk to main road and around 10 mins to the gondola. Great location and the apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of space and facilities to cook something quick, watch a film in the evening with kids and wash clothes. Onsen opposite also helped after a day of skiing. Will be looking to head back.

Walkable from bus stop, there are shops and restaurants around. Super private neighborhood. I love this stay.
