Vacation rentals in Toftlund

It was great. We stayed at the place with four people for 4 weeks. It was very nice. Wifi, kitchen comfortable beds. Everything available. 50 m to the sandy beach! We had a very nice summer vacation at the property!!!

We had a great time at Ole and Charlottes place. We especially enjoyed the wonderful and enormous garden, where our 18 month old daughter could walk around freely and play in the grass. The house is beautifully decorated (we had to moves some things to higher levels though, as it’s not fully childproof) and although it’s an old building, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was a bit soft to our liking, but that’s just personal preference. The only thing that would make everything even better would be a hottub somewhere in the garden (especially because the bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub) but you should always have something to wish for right ;) Ole and Charlotte were on vacation themselves so we didn’t actually meet them, but communication beforehand was good. They sent us a list of recommendations for things to do and where to shop. And even from their holiday destination they responded to our messages (with some delay, but that’s to be expected). We had a wonderful family holiday with our two small children. We could sleep peacefully, there was plenty of space for the kids to play, both indoors and outdoors. To prepare food, everything you needed was there. The house is super cozy, we immediately felt comfortable. It exudes a really great holiday atmosphere. The beach is within walking distance and the bay is really nice. Fresh rolls can be ordered around the corner. Mette is a super lovely host who gave us tips for excursions/activities. We will be happy to come back😀.

We spent a long weekend in the house and were absolutely thrilled. The loving and detailed decor created a warm, inviting atmosphere from the start – we immediately felt at home. The house offers generous space for three generations, so that everyone can retreat and relax. The direct view of the sea was the highlight and perfectly rounded off our stay. We would especially like to highlight the host: Communication was fast, friendly and very helpful – this made the stay even more enjoyable. We can fully recommend this house and will certainly be happy to come back!

Highly recommended! Best starting point for beach visits, bike tours, shopping tours in Westerland and of course the culinary delights that Westerland has to offer. If you are a good walker and do not have too much luggage with you, you can quickly walk to the apartment from the train station. The images deliver what you promise. Here and there are the usual Airbnb signs of use, otherwise everything is in tip-top condition. Gesche and Thomas provide you directly with all the necessary information about the location and check-in in a very friendly manner. Since we know the island very well and there were no unexpected incidents, no further communication was necessary. We love that! They were warmly welcomed on the first day and received a personal briefing. The house has a pleasantly quiet location and a beautiful view of the sea, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice house with large areas. Nice and clean. Lovely garden if you are there in the summer.

Sanne is a very kind host. She was always quickly available for questions and gave us good tips for the area. The house was clean and tidy and the kids had plenty of toys available. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation and also Sanne as a host.
