Family-friendly vacation rentals in Todtnauberg

Following a stay with friends at Europapark, we booked Rainer's place. There is nothing to say except that everything was superb. Host is responsive, caring and warm. The apartment is in very good condition and as described. The village is very friendly. We won't hesitate to come back.

We had a great family vacation here! Even though the weather was not as good, the house was just perfect for it! There was a lot of activities for the kids, the pool was warm and could be used easily even in the rain. The house is equipped so well, it feels very much like home right away. We can totally recommend it for a family trip! Thank you very much and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay with Marc-André. The place was a perfect spot to travel to the Black forest, Colmar and the Alsace. Was lovely and quite and perfect for a family. Would highly recommend this house and host!

This was probably one of our best stays in our travels. Like others have said, you feel at home straight away, not only because the charm of the place, but perhaps more importantly - how Anita makes you feel like a welcomed friend. Her recommendations for where to go were spot on: we enjoyed the restaurants, towns, shops, and pubs. Of course, we enjoyed the sauna and the tub. The kitchen amenities were fantastic. The beds were so cozy. The WiFi was fast (two of us working remotely without issue on video calls) and there was enough space without us worrying about hearing each other. Parking spot right out front. Washer/Dryer worked great. The location is in a quaint, walkable town. It's quiet. You can see the stars at night, hear the birds, and just take a breath to enjoy it all. This is one special place. We're already planning our return trip back. :)

The house is very nice, in a quiet area 3 km from the village of Lenzkirch where you can find all the services (supermarket, pharmacy...). The house is well furnished and with all the comforts and accessories. We had a great time.. it is also a perfect home for a stay with a two-year-old child, with a safe garden and a few passing cars. Recommended!

Unfortunately, I did not go there because the reservation was for my husband who was traveling, we did a video call and frankly I regret not having gone on the trip with him! The place is just beautiful and very nice, I would recommend it 100% especially for lovers of running water!

Thanks to Jacques for his apartment. We had a great time, the apartment is ideally located, right in the center of Colmar, everything is within walking distance and maps are made available by Jacques to park in an underground parking lot. The quality of the accommodation and the accessories/equipment provided are perfect, we really have everything we need (quality bedding, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, etc.). We had a wonderful time with Daniel and Martin. Everything was perfect - and so we could fully enjoy our little break from the first minute of our arrival. A cozy home with fireplace, sauna, a nice little garden and a great view, a beautiful landscape and hiking trails right outside the front door. The apartment has everything it needs to feel at home immediately. Everything is very tasteful and very lovingly furnished, everything is very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to Martin and Daniel for the uncomplicated communication, the very warm welcome and the many useful pieces of information and tips. A big thank you but also for the very delicious stone oven bread. This is pure hospitality! We are very much looking forward to our next visit with Martin and Daniel, two wonderful hosts.

Peaceful family house in a beautiful setting. The perfect escape for a family looking to unplug and enjoy nature. The playground and animals are perfect for kids and the host is friendly and helpful.

Well equipped apartment, very clean, quiet, close to downtown and all amenities. Christian and Odile are very friendly and responsive, no complaints, our stay went perfectly.

Just the perfect place to stay to discover Colmar. Communication with Sophie worked great from booking to check-out. We were able to leave our bikes in the enclosed courtyard. We will gladly come back.

Erika's place is a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature, allowing you to deeply recharge your batteries. Tastefully decorated and featuring impressive kitchen equipment, the accommodation invites you to relax and unwind - especially on the sun loungers of the beautiful terrace when the sun is shining. Erika's little touches, always friendly but discreet, did not fail to delight us. The cleanliness of the accommodation is also impeccable. The accommodation is located in the middle of nature and the efficient "Nationalparkregion Schwarzwald" app allows you to find hiking trails nearby and adapted to your desires in the blink of an eye. We would have liked to stay even longer at Erika's. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time at Stephan's place. Unfortunately, this one was shortened by two days due to bad weather. The listing is as described and is very convenient. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom equipment, everything is as described. Our host was responsive to all our requests. We would recommend it without a problem. We'll happily stay again during our next stay in Alsace.

We had a great time at Antonio's place. The apartment is spacious although we were 3 adults and 5 small children. It is also very comfortable and very clean. The beds are really comfortable! In addition, Antonio and his wife are very warm and were able to give us valuable advice. There are also many tips in the apartment for restaurants, tours, walks, etc. I can only highly recommend this listing. For our part it is certain that when we return to the area we will stay with them again. A huge thank you to them for hosting us!

Very well equipped mobile home with a vmc (heating and air conditioning) which is very appreciated. There's also a small TV. And a quality exterior. The host was responsive and efficient.

Excellent welcome from Stéphane and his wife, very friendly who were able to tell us the good places in the area (restaurant, pastry baker, and above all an excellent caterer). Very good advice on the use of the Rhinau ferry for the crossing of the Rhine allowing very quick access to Europa Park. This large capacity cottage is also very well located for visiting Alsace and in particular the wine route. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back with family or friends . Good place to stay, extremely clean, very calm despite the train line right beside. The interior air is not well-renewed and the food smell keeps staying inside but it’s not a problem. The pool is nice. I recommend this place to everybody.

Comfortable beds, practical terrace, kitchen with all needed and clean bathroom. Very enjoyable stay. 10 min walk from a very nice outdoor natural swimming pool. Great walks in the area! And lots of pretty cats in the neighborhood...

The accommodation was a success, it is very conveniently located in a residential area ideal for families, and clean. Quiet area integrated with nature. Totally recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this gite. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, despite our late arrival. The owners are very flexible and caring, which made our facility even more enjoyable. The cottage is easy to find, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything is set up to accommodate a family, including baby gear, which is a real plus. The beds were already made upon arrival, a particularly appreciable detail after a long drive. We also received valuable advice on local restaurants, which turned out to be great recommendations. The cottage is located about 20 minutes walk from the center, and a bakery is only a 2 minute drive away, very convenient for breakfast! We will definitely come back on our next visit to Colmar!

We (family with 2 children) spent 4 days in Herbolzheim. Yes, the deep sleep was very special to us. Usually our children cannot sleep in strange places. But in this very special rabbit construction, they slept through for 3 nights, were very refreshed and we big ones of course as well. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Particularly positive is the shared kitchen, which is functionally furnished and offers enough space for several people. The atmosphere in the house looks friendly and pleasant. The apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant environment, ideal for switching off. There are great adventures to experience nearby. Thomas gave us many great tips for the environment.
