Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). Beate and her husband's in-law are really comfortable. We felt right at home. The view from the terrace is super nice and we liked to have breakfast here. It is incredibly quiet and the location is perfect if you want to relax a little. The bed is steep and super comfortable, you don't need anything else. We would definitely come back here.

Bergoase is a fantastic spot in a superb location! The cottage is close to the Todtnau waterfall and the spectacular suspension bridge, and offers stunning views of the area. The cottage itself has all the comforts and immediately feels like a home. Communication with the host goes smoothly and they are very helpful. In terms of location, it is perfect for exploring the region. Freiburg can be reached within half an hour, the Fahler waterfall is only a 15 minute drive, and the Feldberg – the highest mountain of the Black Forest – is also only 30 minutes away. In addition, there is a supermarket a 7-minute drive away, which is very convenient. In short, an ideal starting point for visiting the Black Forest. We will definitely be back.

Great spot to stay in the South of the Black Forest. Very close to the Blackforest line and the Todtnau waterfalls. Freiburg and Feldburg are less than an hour away and Freiburg is great for shopping! Anita and Jana’s place is very cozy and has great views! Everything was as they described and very well maintained! Anita and Jana were also very responsive and had a lot of local recommendations.
