Good place with a good location and quiet, especially because of the security of the place and parking, excellent communication with the host. I 🙌 would go there again.

Wonderful place to stay. We saw 30-50 whales go by each day. Short walk or drive to two different beaches. Beautiful place and great host!

The host was super friendly and attentive🤗, very transparent with the state of the house as they were building the pool. Everything was excellent. This is an excellent base for exploring the Todos Santos area. The property is set up with two separate units that share the pool and rooftop space. We rented both units as two couples, both with a baby. It worked perfectly for us. The pool and hot tub were fantastic for downtime, and the view from the roof (water, mountains) can’t be beat. There are groceries and corner stores within walking distance, and downtown is a very short drive or reasonable walk. The host was super responsive and provided essentials like drinking water, coffee and laundry detergent. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great spot just a 5 minute walk from San Pedrito beach. Nice quiet beach with a nice tidepool for dipping in, but strong waves elsewhere. Beautiful house with lots of room for a big group and lots of great food within a 10-15 minute drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Andrea and Andres! They were wonderful hosts, very responsive to any requests we had. We appreciated that they composted and recycled and we were happy to participate. Andrea is a massage therapist and I had a couple of massages during our visit that were excellent!

This house was a great set up for our family (parents and 2 young adult children). We loved the location. Had some amazing meals on the beach just 10 min drive from the house. Walked to the beach in the morning - 1/2 mile away. Met some wonderful neighbors. The views of the sunset were gorgeous. You can see the ocean from the house (between and over the homes built in front of this one). Short drive into the town of Todos Santos (10 min). There is a lot of construction taking place around this house but it didn't really bother us at all. This house is over 10 years old, but the pool and secondary room are 3 years old. There is a car port which was great for keeping our car cool on hot days. Fernanda was our host durning our stay and she was very helpful with suggestions, assistance and making sure our stay was comfortable.

Thank you Jessica and Ivan for having us. It was so peaceful listening to the waves crash as we drifted off to sleep. We will be back!

We had a great time at this rental! Beautiful outdoor spaces, water views, short walk to beach...waking to the sound of the surf and the birds every morning was heavenly. The mature plantings and palm trees here make the house and pool area feel very lush and private. The great room is spacious and airy. The two upstairs bedroom suites are fantastic. Sara was super responsive and helpful, made it all easy. We will go back someday!

I guarantee you it was one of my favorite trips, I had a lot of fun in this house with a magnificent view around the mountains, a beautiful kitchen and a pool that is neither hot nor cold and with a good outside temperature I recommend you stay in this house!

Pedro, Cynthia, and Antonio were wonderful hosts. We stayed for 6 weeks and loved it. The place is just as described, very stylish and in a great spot in Cerritos. The area is growing. While it’s not remote, it’s still very private as the lots are very large and are fenced with wire fencing. We had two dogs with us and had no issues. We loved the rooftop patio for sunsets! It’s walkable to the beach and several great little restaurants. The place has everything you need, kitchen is well equipped, there’s a bike and surfboards, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and beach towels. They checked on us regularly to see when we wanted fresh towels and sheets, even helped hook us up with a car repair. They are delightful people and would do anything to help make the stay pleasant. I worked remote for a month and had no issues with noise, there’s a nice little desk and chair in one of the bedrooms and wifi was excellent. We would love to visit again!
