The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Calderside Cottage is a 10 min walk from the centre of Hebden Bridge with street parking outside. Hot Tub hire is an optional extra (3 night min stay only at an additional cost of £250+ £25 extra days) Facilities include 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, open spacious kitchen/living room. We have a small garden at the front & brand new heated patio area at the back with pizza oven and bbq. We are within walking distance of the national trust Hardcastle Crags.
