Moor View, Addingham Moor, Nr Ilkley with hot tub

JaneRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This was our first visit to Yorkshire and so glad we picked Moor View Cottage. Situated just outside the village of Addingham, the location was great for getting around and seeing the area. Loads of lovely walks and so peaceful and beautiful. The cottage itself was styled beautifully and was spotless. The hot tub was a real bonus! Karen was a fantastic and really accommodating host. Just to add, a visit to Karen's pub, the Craven Heifer, in nearby Addingham is a must.

We've absolutely loved our stay! The house was so lovely, it was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The extra touches like having some essentials in the fridge on arrival were really sweet. Margaret and Kath were excellent hosts, providing clear instructions and thinking of everything might possibly need. We'll definitely be coming back to stay again! 🙂

Spa Garden Cottage - Upper Hopton

TerriRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved staying at Scarlett’s place. We had everything we needed and everything was so easy to use. Very responsive host and great for letting us know that the place was ready an hour early! Hot tub was nice and warm with great location and privacy. We went to travellers rest (10 min walk) and the food was so nice and big portion sizes for the price. We even went back later on for the Wednesday night quiz night! Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Thank you

We loved our mini break at Lorraine's place. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout and very homely, the garden feels very private, even with houses all around. Addingham is a lovely village with great pubs serving delicious food, it is also perfectly located for exploring West/North Yorkshire. Highly recommend staying here.

FionaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderfully peaceful location. Holly Toft is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We paticularly appreciated how much care was given to ensuring the hot tub was spotlessly clean and freshly filled for our arrival. Kathryn is a superb host who clearly cares a lot about her guests. The field full of adorable lambs to look out on was a delightful bonus! Highly recommend! Thank you Kathryn.

The Writers Cottage - Intriguing & Romantic

JulianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Writer's Cottage was everything we expected, and a whole load more. Quirky and individual don't go near to describing it! Heath's welcome was great (even though we arrived considerably earlier than expected) and his local knowledge and recommendations were awesome. We used it as a base for lovely walks from the property, and slightly further afield to the National Mining Museum (new to us, highly recommended) and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park (an old favourite) near Wakefield. Useful information (might already be covered in the listing) - It is not remotely suitable for young people who cannot be "trusted" (lots of lovely but small, sharp, heavy, unsteady objects). People with reduced mobility should probably check with Heath too. Other points (which did not cause us any issues) the kitchen was fine but there is no microwave / dishwasher / washing machine / tumble dryer. We would love to stay again if back in the area.

Beautiful Haworth cottage, sunny garden & parking.

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Tucked away, in a quiet corner of Haworth, five minutes walk from the bottom end of the main street, the cottage, was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With plenty to do in the area, the cottage is within ten minutes walk of Haworth's pubs and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from the Bronte Parsonage Museum, at the top of the hill. We parked up, right outside the cottage, when we arrived, and walked everywhere over our weekend's stay.

Cosy 2 bed Cottage (EV charger) - *7 Day Discount*

Delph Cottage was a great base for our trip to Lancashire. It's location served us well with it being only a 20 minute drive to the wedding we were attending. The supermarkets are less than a 10 minute drive way. The cottage itself was very clean, has off road parking and had everything we needed. We would thoroughly recommend staying here & if we are in the area again we'd definitely look to stay here.

KILN HOUSE COTTAGE,Kiln Hse Farm,Luddenden,Halifax

ArshidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had an amazing time staying here! Susan was a fantastic host—so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She gave us a lovely tour of the place and made everything so easy with her clear directions. It was super simple to get there. One of the highlights was how thoughtful she was—she even gave my son some books to read, which he absolutely loved. I mentioned we were planning a picnic with family, and she kindly provided a picnic blanket for us! The area itself is beautiful—private, quiet, and peaceful. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of London, and we were finally able to get some proper rest. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you, Susan, for making our stay so special!

Cosy escape in quiet hamlet in Yorkshire Dales

JacquieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Beautifully presented and cleaned self contained unit attached to owner’s house. Has a large double ended bath and separate shower. Very peaceful location. Thoughtful touches such as large good quality towels, some provisions, biscuits, tea & coffee etc. Plenty of kitchen equipment. We had a brief and minor problem. Messaged Linda and she was at the door within minutes to sort it out. Very friendly and helpful, but didn’t intrude. Didn’t hear any noise from owners. Good base to explore the area including Skipton, Ilkley etc. The Bull at Broughton had great food. Wood definitely come here again. You will need your car, but we knew that.

If there were words to describe my stay, it would be magical, and I felt like I was in a dream. The whole cottage is so homey; the bed is the best I have slept in, with pillows, duvet, a choice of linens, and curtains, every detail adds to the restful experience. It was peaceful, you woke up to a stunning view of the Yorkshire Hills, and Anne added on this beautiful personal touch with her freshly made ginger cake as you walked in. Beautiful quiet private cottage, perfect for your getaway. Anne was so kind to offer me a lift on check out, I already wanted to make my last walks through the area, but soo appreciated her offer. I really do hope to come back and make even more special memories. Highlight of my year so far..
