With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Cozy and thoughtful semi-detached house in Mollösund/Tången

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. In idyllic Rönnäng, this fantastic mini-villa of 25m2 is just a stone's throw from Rönnäng's jetty. Built in 2017 and contains everything that should contribute to a nice and carefree holiday. Here it is close to swimming, piers, restaurant and kiosk. Parking space outside the door. Feel free to visit the cozy islands of Åstol and Dyrön during your stay. The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Spectacular seaside view location at Tjorn, Sweden

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

The studio - Ocean view

El Estudio. This is our studio where we work and stay if we have guests in the main house. This is a creative get away and a place to be inspired, spend some quiet time and enjoy books, art and nature. It’s a simple place with books about landscape architecture and art supplies. Sleeps two if you like to be close! It’s almost as big outside as inside with a generous and lovely patio where you can see the ocean and enjoy long summer nights.

The house on the hill

Welcome to the house overlooking Härön, Kyrkesund and the North Sea. The house is located on one of the highest points in Kyrkesund. You live in a quiet area. On the plot, there are rocks, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high-situated with views of the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.

The house is located in the popular area of Tången and has about 200m to swimming. If you come and guests during the winter months, the tile oven is a cozy place to gather around.

SeaSide

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
