Exciting hiking trails around the nature reserve and several nice swimming areas. We live in the house next door with our three children, so we come and go. Sauna, pizza oven and outdoor shower are in the garden, and all the nice things that lovely Tjörn has to offer around the corner!

Our accommodation consists of a day bed that pulls out to a 160 cm bed and two sleeping lofts with a 140 cm bed each. A kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and sink. Welcome to this unique and tranquil getaway, a little gem, 2 minutes to the sea. The area offers many hiking trails, fantastic nature where animals and people meet after the sea coast. The accommodation consists of a newly built Atterfall and a newly renovated Friggebod 2023, 2 beds in each house, with shared toilet and shower and kitchen. Bed linens and towels are included. The island has grocery stores, a health center and a pharmacy. Golf course with 18 holes. The island is rich in culture, flea markets, small shops and places to eat.

At the far end of the Västerhavet is the island of Tjörnekalv. You can easily get there by bus and/or train from Gothenburg. By car, you park in Rönnäng and take the ferry to the island. Around the island there is the possibility of saltwater swimming, climbing mountains, catching crabs, experiencing species-rich nature. There are no stores on the island so you need to bring the supplies you need. You can order groceries from Dyröboden. They arrive by ferry the following day. Welcome to an extraordinary place to stay. We have just finished building our fantastic guest house on the beautiful island of Tjörn in Bohuslän. The house is located 500 meters from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and rocks. It is close to Rönnäng and the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. On Klädesholmen, there is the cozy restaurant Salt och Sill. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities.

Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those who want to fish for trout or why not for lobster fishing.
