Welcome to this cozy cottage of about 50 m2, with a private location next to a Nature Reserve, a few km from Rönnängs Brygga on southernmost Tjörn! The cottage is furnished with living room/kitchen and two separate bedrooms – one double bed in one and single bed + bunk bed in the other room + sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dining area and various kitchen equipment, however, the water is not drinkable. The toilet has incineration and shower. In the living room there is TV and exit to spacious terrace. The house was renovated outside during spring 2020.

Shower-toilet in simple version. Outdoor shower, (hot water). Outdoor toilet. Patios southeast and veranda in the west. BBQ + hammock. 100 meters to the island's best swimming and cliffs. Beach and cliff swimming.

House has a cozy partially fenced garden and a parking on the grounds. Close to additional free parking. Open fireplace and air heating is available if needed. You are renting the whole property.

Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.

Private house 70 meters from the sea on car-free Dyrön!

Our house is 70 m from the sea. You just wrap yourself in a towel and walk down to the child-friendly beach or to the lovely rocks with trampoline. 5 minutes walk away is the sauna where you can enjoy the sea from the sauna window. The island is car-free, with a calm that is unbeatable. Yet there are amenities such as ICA store, restaurants, mini golf course and kiosk. Around the island there is a lovely hiking trail and if you are lucky, you come across mufflon sheep on the way.

Take a dip by the cliffs or swim in our sauna and ocean-view hot tub.

The cottage is rural, in the middle of the Bohuslän archipelago. There is a scenic environment, quiet swimming coves and proximity to the pulse in Marstrand. Consists of a living room with kitchen and smaller bedroom. Bedroom: 2 beds. Living room: 1 bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, stove with oven and microwave. Toilet with shower. Patio with furniture and awning.

SeaSide

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.

A charming west coast house from 1920 located in Rörastrand on the island Tjörn. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk (2 minuters by car) to the nearest bathing area, which offers both a small child-friendly bay (perfect place for crab fishing, by the way) and cliff bathing from a nearby island (accessible via a jetty).
