Several areas with both shade and sun. Outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Road all the way up. Only a few steps up. Washing water from pump on the terrace and drinking water is piped up. Take an outdoor shower or enjoy a lovely swim in the fresh water right below. You can fish for free, without a fishing license. The photos will differ somewhat, as they are taken from the sales ad. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private dock, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

Welcome to "the cabin" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy little cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of the boat life. The house is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who vacation in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with a swimming ladder at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Proximity to beach and jetty. Short distance to Brevik marina with service. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city center, to the Old Town in Fredrikstad and Halden and 25 minutes to Strømstad.

Would you like to crawl from nice rocks, or just enjoy the panoramic views beyond the open sea, just a short walk from the cabin? Then this is the place for you! Kjærstranda is located about 1.2 km from the cabin and the beautiful Svaberg is about 500 m away. It was built new in the summer of 2024 and contains everything you could desire from a modern cabin. Being by the sea is great all year, not just in the summer!

Functional apartment in newly built villa with sea view

Private apartment in a newly built house overlooking Kosterfjorden. The living room is combined with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There is a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Bed linens and towels are included in the stay. Private parking right outside the apartment and a short distance to both the beach and fantastic natural areas . For those of you who want to go into Strömstad, the bus goes just next door. The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

Cottage by the sea with a large dock

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Access to private pier to swim in the ocean as well as kayaks, tennis court and great hiking opportunities included.

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.
