It is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up with a view of the dining room, a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their beds in front of the window every evening, and sometimes a sheep walking by... Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no Wi-Fi and no TV. There is, however, a large table for playing games together and a lovely sofa for drinking a glass of wine together. Make beautiful memories together! And extra fun: the first lambs are born at the beginning of October!

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.
