The apartment is located at 4th floor of an historic building (1884) right in front of the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (432) whose enchanting view you can enjoy sitting on the sofa. The central train station of Roma Termini (thus metro station) is less than 10 minutes walking, while the Colosseum is among 15 to 20 minutes. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

My apartment is 55 sq. meters, cozy, very quiet and sunny. It is in Pigneto, one of Rome's trendy neighborhood. In this part of town you can find hip bars, restaurants and a good selection of street art. In fact many artists live in this district. Our accommodation is a nice studio with all the comforts available. Located in the eastern part of Rome, 4 km from the "Lunghezza" station and 6 km from the "Finocchio" metro C stop. In the neighborhood, there are shops, bars, restaurants, a bakery and supermarkets. The distance from Ciampino Airport is 30 minutes; The distance from Fiumicino airport is 1 hour; Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina stations are 30 minutes away.
