Condo vacation rentals in Tivoli

Amazing location, short walk to the Colloseum, felt very safe, and of course the magical view of the Colloseum. We left our windows open at night and couldn't stop staring at the Colloseum lit up. Rome overall was other wordly, and we were lucky to stay in a spot in the midst of it all. Great host, felt very welcomed upon our arrival by Roberto. We wish we could have brought our kids here, there was plenty of room at this stay. And the laundry was a life saver for a 2 week trip.

Very great area that is perfectly connected. I have been to Rome several times and would always stay at Jochen's place. The neighborhood is really great, you can get to the bus super fast to go downtown, has shops, bars and great cafes right on the piazza around the corner - Testaccio is a real dream! In the apartment, everything was also in order and clean :)

We loved our stay in Luca’s apartment. It was big enough for us and our 3 yr old + had everything we needed for our stay - fully stocked kitchen, comfy bedding, washing machine, air con/heating, good size bathroom & super fast wifi. The location of the apartment is so good. We think Campo De Fiori is the best place to stay in Rome. There is so much in Campo De Fiori + it is central to all the major sites - we went everywhere on foot & nothing felt too far. The apartment itself is in a beautiful, lively square, which has a couple of restaurants - super convenient for morning coffees & a quick bite to eat. It is lively until late on weekends, but this didn’t bother us & didn’t impact our three-year old sleeping perfectly through the night! I found it a fantastic atmosphere to get amongst when entering or leaving the apartment. Luca’s contact was also really good. Super responsive & everything you’d want from a host. We’ll definitely look to stay here again next time we’re Rome

We're back in Spain delighted with our stay at Fabio and Mauro's apartment. Before traveling, they helped us organize the trip with their directions about the apartment and the services, both of the establishment itself and those close to it. They made check-in easy for us upon arrival in Rome, and during our stay they were always available to us for anything we needed. The apartment is wonderful, clean, cozy, with all the amenities offered in the ad and super cozy. It is on a small, quiet street, with many amenities (supermarket, restaurants...) and very close to the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi. When we checked out, we forgot a mobile charger and they were so kind that they took it to the locker point where we had left our luggage... they are great. Without a doubt, if we return to Rome we will stay with them again.

Nearby to the Metro Station, a lot of stores nearby, responsive host with a lot of recommendation.

Very friendly host, good location

Celeste was a lovely host and attentive to us. The accommodation is very well located, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and suited to our needs. there was a peeler and a fine-hole strainer, as well as effective kitchen knives. There were herbal teas and ground coffee for Italian coffee makers. The bathroom is also comfortable and there were all the products like soap, shampoo, moisturizer in a nice container. For the sensitive: the curtains on the windows are not opaque but it suited us. During our stay, we heard the neighbors a little. The atmosphere of the place suited us very well.

Great place to stay, will stay again if I get a chance

This is a very very good host. Marianne made our family holiday to Rome very very easy and pleasant. Some tips: 7min in walk to train station. Neighborhood is very local. No tourists. Great spots coffee and breakfast. You can walk to the colosseum- 60 mins. For everything else we caught the train.

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Francesco's place is fantastic. It's less than 5 minutes walking from Ottaviano subway station (where you can take the subway to various places), 15 minutes walking distance to Saint Peter's square, 20 minutes walking to Castel Sant'Angelo. It's located in a very nice neighborhood, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 5 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen attached to the living room is quite convenient, with various appliances at your disposal. To top it all, the breakfast vouchers for Mozart Cafe just across the street was an amazing surprise, and Francesco is a super star host. We will definitely stay at his place again whenever we travel back to Rome.

Robertos Airbnb was just as pictured and described! He was very responsive and gave perfectly clear instructions on how to find the home and check in that really helped. We needed a place to stay for our final two days in Italy and his home was a very short walk from Romes Termini station which was just what we were looking for. It felt safe to walk around at night and we not only had the central market to eat at, there were also local spots we checked out that were great (Trattoria Cecio, a 5 minute walk from the home, was one of our favorite restaurants the entire trip!). If you need a spot right next to the train station I highly recommend Roberto’s Airbnb! (Do be advised: As of April 14th, 2025 some apartment close by was having construction done that was quite loud and starts right at 9 am)

We had a great stay at Federica’s house. Clean and easy to reach if you have a car. Recommended.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

We had a great time at Fabio's Her place is spotless and is all as described. The apartment is very well located towards shops and transport. Fabio is a very attentive and available person who is very responsive. There's a great glacier at the end of the street! Thank you for everything Fabio

The Colliseum was just a few minutes walk away from the air bnb! Super convenient because most things are centered around this area. The jacuzzi was a major plus and was working perfectly. We had a late night coming back and it was the perfect touch to watch the night lights and relax from all the walking. There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast palaces nearby. My favorite was going to get coffee at this little cafe just a few minutes down. The Airbnb was clean and cute for us two as a couple and we couldn’t really ask for more! Thank you for a great place to crash on a whimsical trip with my honey :)

Great stay at Alessandro's, I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for independent access to the apartment were clear and easy. It feels safe because the apartment is in a closed and quiet residence. There is parking across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small peaceful oasis close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

beautiful apartment with private jacuzzi, perfect for a short relaxing stay near Rome. The interior spaces are not very large and could be a bit limiting in case of bad weather, but the terrace and the tub are completely worth the price of the accommodation. The host is available and precise, definitely recommended!

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

We preferred this area as we had a conference in the Eur area. It was super easy to get around. We were able to reach the bus station within walking distance and within 15 minutes. I would recommend it for those who have business in that area. The house is far from the center, but it can be reached within an hour with a bus and metro transfer. The neighborhood is extremely calm. A small market is meeting the basic needs very soon. There are also three or four beautiful restaurants nearby. It is also quite close to a large shopping mall. The house is in a beautiful residence. Calm and clean. There was no noise and privacy problem. We stayed very comfortably with our 4-year-old son. The house is very clean. Enough kitchen supplies. All items work smoothly. The host is very caring and personable. She fully explains all the instructions and answers questions very quickly and sincerely. I want to thank him again

we were very satisfied, the house was clean and well furnished the fridge was already on when we arrived as well as there was soap and sponge for dishes or detergent for the washing machine, the house was already livable immediately and this thing for a short stay was of great value to us. it was also nice to be welcomed on arrival (they also helped us with our luggage and provided useful information for our vacation). there are certainly more luxurious solutions but within this price range I think the value for money is excellent. there was also air conditioning with double split and a nice sofa with a garden table on the balcony. the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. also excellent is the proximity of a supermarket and other shops within a minute's walk
