Renovated inside maintaining those ancient and characteristic features such as the wooden ceilings and the Gothic arches and with its simple style, make it a welcoming and charming residence in the heart of the historic center of Tivoli. Located in a strategic point of Tivoli, a few minutes walk from all the tourist attractions, close to the main services and away from the chaos of the city.

Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

Apartment located 18 km from the center of Rome and 10 km from Tivoli, on Via Nazionale Tiburtina at km.20. Connections: Bus stop below the house and train station 5 minutes away. About 30 minutes to downtown Rome depending on traffic. Places of tourist interest: Rome 30 minutes, Villa Adriana 10 minutes and Villa d 'Este 15 minutes. Terme di Roma thermal spa is a 5-minute drive. Tiburtino shopping mall 200 meters away.
