Vacation rentals with breakfast in Tivoli

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Uma experiência incrível . O bairro é distante do centro mais na esquina já tem o metrô que te conecta com tudo. Tudo muito limpo, lugar totalmente equipado, tem tudo que precisamos. O que mais gostei foi que mesmo eu nao falando italiano consegui conversar super bem com a Rosetta. Ela deixou um cafezinho delicioso também para nós. Com certeza vou indicar e vou voltar. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Where to start? Barbara was an exceptional host. She gave very clear and helpful directions on how to get to her place either by train or taxi. She was there to meet us at her place to show us around let us know how to use everything. She had champagne and treats for us to start our holiday. I loved how she would message us daily to let us know of any local events that were happening, restaurant recommendations and to see if everything was going ok with our stay. The location was great it was central so everything was walkable. Her photos of her place matched what it looked like. My friend and I were very pleased with the place I would highly recommend staying there. I know when I visit Rome again I will be trying to stay here if it is available. Thank you again for everything Barbara our stay was very enjoyable and we look forward to stating with you again

The hosts and location of this rental are amazing! We knew very little about Fiumicino when we booked several months ago and was pleasantly surprised of what this area had to offer. Cristiana’s location is right on one of the main roads to stroll along (Via Della Torre Clementina). It was an easy walk alongside the water to several local restaurants. We tried her recommendations for restaurants and they were fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated - great style and comfortable accommodations. The special touches were nice - cookies, little snacks, etc. that we greatly appreciated from our long journey. We were trying to figure out how to get to the airport early in the morning (6am) and Cristiana and her husband offered to take us without hesitation. Thank you for letting us use this great apartment - we love the location and will think of this place and experience fondly ❤️

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a 2 passi da ROMA, appartamento in zona centralissima e servita da tutti i mezzi pubblici che collegano la zona alla capitale. Fermata del bus sottocasa e stazione ferroviaria a 5 minuti di cammino. La casa è tenuta benissimo, è in centro ma immersa nella tranquillità. Dotata di tutti i confort, massima pulizia e comodità. Elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti, la mobilia è nuova e la biancheria sempre freschissima. Letto grande e comodo, la cucina soggiorno è ampia e luminosa ed affaccia su un grande terrazzino dove si possono godere momenti di vero relax. Parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa. Che dire poi dell' host? Persona gentile e premurosa, sempre disponibile ed attenta ad ogni esigenza. Consiglio vivissimamente di soggiornare presso la casa di Ornella, vivrete una meravigliosa vacanza a pochi minuti da ROMA e ad un tiro di schioppo dalla bellissima cittadina di Tivoli, luogo, anch'esso pieno di storia e di bellezze da visitare. Antonio was the perfect host and super helpful and accommodating to our request to check in early. He met us at the apartment and ensured all our questions were answered. Antonio had a beautiful brunch setup and welcoming snacks for us upon our arrival. Antonio helped us arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport on the day of departure and followed up to ensure we got to the airport. Antonio is truely a Superhost! Antonio's place was clean and beautiful. The place had quality towels and the linens were freshly scented. The beds were very comfortable, great shower, clean towels, clean washer and dryer. The location was closed to many restaurants, walking distance to attractions, and located in a quiet complex that felt very safe. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here if in Rome again. Thank you, Antonio, for all your help and kind hospitality!

This was the perfect place to stay when in Rome. We walked to everything we wanted to do, but it still felt tucked away. Claudia was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond when we arrived a little earlier than planned. She let us store our luggage before checking in which was a huge help. We would definitely stay here again!

très bel appartement à proximité immédiate du stade olympique très bien desservi par les transports Francesco est un hote très agréable et proactif nous avons beaucoup échangé par message pour les restaurants et il est d une grande écoute

A estadia com o Carlo, foi perfeita. O quarto aconchegante, e a limpeza extremamente impecável. A região maravilhosa, com boas comidas ao redor caso não queira ir pro centro de Roma, mas caso queira o transporte público é a 5min da hospedagem. Uma maravilha.

Amazing stay here! We absolutely loved it. A great location and the place was spotless. The hosts were so responsive and couldn’t help us enough. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome. They were so smooth with a face to face check in and worked it around when we arrived in Rome. Thank you so much!

The apartment was very good located, was clean and was exactly as the pictures in the Airbnb. We loved it, also Riccardo communicated with us all the time, which was very helpful and he also allowed us to arrive earlier and leave late which was amazing from him. We will definitely come back to Rome as there is soo much to do and to see! And we will definitely come back to Ricardo’s place! Thank you!!
