The house has a nice little patio with outdoor furniture and plants. From the courtyard, there is access to the award-winning green backyard. A true oasis in the middle of the city. The house has three floors. Ground floor: kitchen and smaller living room with dining table and piano. 1st floor: bedroom with queen-size bed. 2nd floor: living room and bedroom with two single beds 200 meters to the subway. 1 stop to Kgs Nytorv. 12 minutes to the airport. Two bicycles can be borrowed

Unique two-story apartment in a 1730 listed warehouse in Copenhagen's oldest and most central neighborhood. Here you can either enjoy the historical atmosphere under the warehouse's old beams or the peaceful courtyard environment on one of the two terraces. Here you are close to Rådhuspladsen, Gammel Strand Metro and within walking distance of Tivoli, Strøget, museums, restaurants and cafes as well as the harbor with its clean bathing water. The apartment is peaceful and extremely suitable for long-term stays with a full kitchen, washing machine and fast internet.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Strand samt havnebad indenfor en kilometer. Cirka 500 meter til Fisketorvet, som byder på gode indkøbsmuligheder. 3 timers parkering ved ejendommen fra kl 08.00 - 19.00 med fri parkering i weekender. Parkeringshus med betalingsparkering indenfor 200 meter. Stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Møbleret altan med vandudsigt.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

The living and dining area is highlighted by a round white table surrounded by four black chairs. A textured rug adds depth to the space, while a modern light fixture hangs above. The seating area includes a black sofa and a wall-mounted television, complemented by framed artwork.
