The guest suite is separated from the rest of the house. We live next door - just ring the bell if we can help you. The guest suite is exclusively being used for Airbnb. The large room has one large bed with room for 2 (3) people, kitchenette with basic spices and kitchen equipment, one cooktop, fridge, microwave oven, as well as a dining table and couch. The smaller room has two single beds. There's free wifi (300Mb) in both rooms. Also free Netflix There's a large bathroom with toilet, changing table, baby tub, shower, and underfloor heating. We supply bed linen and towels There are two private terraces. One facing west and one with a beautiful view facing east. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. You can cook yourself in the kitchenette or order pizzas from our local pizza bakery (300 meters away). There's only 400 meters to several grocery stores. 2 playgrounds within 200 meters

It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Lejlighed ved havnefronten med fri parkering

En smuk udsigt over havet mod Djursland og Riis Skov. I første række og med frit udsyn ud over havet og man ser ofte træning/kapsejlads i hav området lige ude foran. Der er ganske få meter til et forfriskende hav bad ved badebroen foran Lighthouse. Boligen fremstår moderne i sit udtryk med vægge i rå beton og indeholder et toilet, køkken og spiseplads på nederste plan. På første sal er der badeværelse, soveafdeling med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stuen - der kan slås ud til 2 personer.

Cosy apartment in Aarhus. 3 bedrooms with a double bed in all 3. Bathroom with shower, my favorite room, treat it with love . There is a balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and sun. (See english description below) Lyst og venligt “tinyhouse” gæstehus med plads til en person - og mulighed for et par. Der er bordplads og stole foran huset til en kop kaffe eller en læsestund - andre pladser i gården er forbeholdt os selv og vores naboer. Cosy “tinyhouse” guesthouse with enough space for one person - or a couple. We have table and chairs in front of the house, for a cup of coffee - other seatings in the yard are reserved for our neighbors and ourselves.
