Thank you, Ivana! The apartment is great! The only one problem I got is that the jakuzi works till 18:00 (There is no info about it in the apartment description). Plus, I told many times before the arrival about jakuzi and was surprised when got rejected for that. Besides, you gave me an alternative - SPA at the nearest hotel - thank you for support. But I wasn’t satisfied that experience for 10/10. Sorry. Hope next time there will be no miscommunication about jakuzi.

At time of our visit (Oct 2024) this is a newly remodeled hotel room inside of a hotel that is not completely finished. Check in is at different property nearby and staff was extremely helpful/pleasant. Lots of construction happening on this street. Basically it’s a deal because you get a new room in an area that is still under construction/remodeling.

Lounge chairs are lined up on a pebble beach, each paired with a large umbrella providing shade. The clear, blue Adriatic Sea stretches into the distance, framed by gentle hills on the horizon under a bright sky.

Everything was on time. Very friendly host. Regarding location: It's very close to the airport, so took about 15 min to the destination. Very comfortable apartments. On the territory you could find golf-cars, which could help you to reach clean beach with free lounger. Regarding registration: Host helped with all questions in very short time.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem romantischen Ort, von dem man leicht den Ganzen Umgebung erforschen kann. Und da gibt sehr vieles zu sehen: Kotor, Perast und vieles mehr. Den Flughafen Tivat ist nur in 30 min. zu erreichen. Perfekte Ort für Künstler....

I spent a total of 2 nights at this wonderful place, and can’t say I had better sleep in a long time. The apartment is beautifully located and offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean, it makes you feel right at home and you’re in an exotic locale, photos don’t do it justice. Super peaceful and comfortable. The apartment is brand new, and really nicely furnished. Sladjana was a great host, super friendly, and communicating with her was straightforward and easy. Thank you Sladjana for your warm hospitality! Can’t wait to be back.

Preiswerte Unterkunft mit freundlichen Gastgeber, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, ca gute 10 min zum Strand und preiswerte Restaurants im Umkreis, viele Sportkanäle im TV, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch kaum benutzt. Als negativ Punkt ist das die Matratzen ziemlich weich sind und man hört ziemlich stark die Nachbarn, wenn die Tür zb morgens auf/abgeschlossen wird. Also keine Schlafoase. Bis auf die beiden Aspekte kann man es ganz gut empfehlen.

Отдыхали в августе 2019. Расположение понравилось: свежий горный воздух и около 15 минут до моря. В пешей доступности Будва и Свети-Стефан. Доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Неподалеку есть магазины, рестораны и кафе, пекарня. В округе несколько пляжей, на разный вкус. Номер достаточно просторный, хорошие кровати, балкон со столиком.

A truely great choice to stay! We instantly felt home, beautiful outdoor terrace and cosy clean room with a balcony attached. They helped us with the luggage, a parking spot. We even shared a lovely evening chat with tee/coffee. We kindly asked if the two might serve a breakfast and we were rewarded by an delicious turkish styled breaky the next morning. Thank you guys! The place is just two steps from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants and bars. Big recommendation. Go there & feel good :)
