The apartment is duplex type settled on the top floor with great sea view. Our guests can use our swimming pool exclusively. There also shared BBQ area and parking inside yard. It is ideal for families and friends who likes relaxing and peaceful holiday or for people who are on business trip - office is available. It is not suitable for parties. It is located just 10 minutes walking distance from the down town. Wellness program: Quantum scenner, high frequency treatments.

Sit on your patio high above the Bay of Kotor and enjoy the beautiful sunset! Your vacation escape is a 10 minute walk from the center of Tivat, but our unique location above the town offers much more privacy than you would expect. The apartment is off of the street and next to a green belt so bird song not traffic noise will greet you in the morning. The apartment was built and newly furnished in 2024 with air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
