Apartment vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

The apartment is truly a lovely space. It’s right by the beach and is in a very quiet and calm area. There’s lovely restaurants around but it doesn’t get noisy (atleast when we visited). The beach is just a hop away. You don’t even need to carry anything with you. You can just hop back for anything at all. We visited during an almost off season period so our experience was a calm and peaceful one. The Big Ben restaurant was right next to the place and the food and drinks there were lovely. The host is extremely responsive. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. There was lots of bits like laundry detergent, softener, cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar and pots/pans/dishes/glasses which was all very useful.

Lovely place with all the essential amenities needed. Host was always responsive and lovely to deal with. We stayed for around 7 weeks so for us personally, the space became quite cramped over time (photos did make the place look bigger than what it is)- just a thought if staying long term. The place was within a small suburban street so it felt safe and peaceful but it was a 10 minute walk to the coast where all the restaurants and beaches were. The grocery store, a small cafe and bakery were a 2-5 minute walk so you had the basics covered. Shower pressure was excellent. Overall a lovely place to stay short term but long term the space started feeling a little cramped (personal opinion, not to any fault of the host).

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Отличная квартира! Нам так понравилось, что мы продлили наше пребывание. Хозяин был очень отзывчив, встретил нас лично и был очень приветлив, несмотря на то, что мы опоздали. В доме есть все необходимое, видно что о гостях позаботились — есть чай и кофе, много посуды для готовки, декларативные свечи, пледы и тд. Отдельное преимущество квартиры — это веранда с качелями и столом, где комфортно проводить время и работать. расположение идеальное — совсем рядом набережная Тивата и рестораны. Рекомендую это место!

We had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay at Miržana II Tivat. The flat was bright and fresh and all the comforts of home were provided. The kitchen was well appointed, bed and pillows were excellent and washing facilities great. The Christmas touches were very sweet too. On occasion when we needed some advice our host Jelena always responded very promptly and in a very friendly manner. We really appreciated that. The flat was an easy walk to the centre of town and the beautiful Porto Montenegro. Highly recommend staying here.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Alles was heel schoon en goed geregeld. De hosts zijn vriendelijk en reageren snel. Het verblijf is wel een stukje de berg oplopen (15 minuten) vanaf de kust, dus als je moeite hebt met stukken lopen dan is het misschien een minder geschikte locatie. Wij hadden er geen problemen mee. Daarnaast is het goed om te weten dat de autowegen naar het verblijf vrij smal zijn. Dus als je ook een auto huurt, dan doe je jezelf een plezier door een wat kleinere huurauto te kiezen.

We stayed here for 3 weeks. Throughout the whole stay, Ivana was communicating every few days just to see how we were and if there was anything we needed. Any issues we had were resolved immediately. The apartment was nice and spacious, nice views from the balcony and super close to ocean. It’s quite far from town, so it’s really quiet and peaceful. The bus runs regularly but the timings are not super consistent so I would highly recommended renting a car. This bed was not great but would definitely be ok for a few days. Overall the place was fantastic, great value and I would highly recommend it to anyone

This place is absolutely incredible! We were greeted at the door and given a tour of the place. So helpful with the tourist tax and and other queries we had. Very clean place and walkable to the town. Could not be happier we chose to stay here. Incredible all around!

Od samog starta komunikacija sa Milanom je protekla super. Apartman je prostran i baš su domaćini obratili pažnju na korsne detalje - npr. ima kišobrana, sobnih papuča itd. Dozvolili su nam da uđemo ranije od predviđenog check in-a, što nam je puno značilo. Brzo smo dobili i odgovore na sva pitanja oko boravka i obilazaka okoline. Blizu centra je, a opet u mirnom kraju. Jedino su zidovi malo tanki, pa možete da čujete ljude iz drugog dela objekta (koji je potpuno predvojen i ima zaseban ulaz). Mada ja generalno imam problem sa bukom, ovo nije predstavljalo problem...ali osećam obavezu da napomenem zbog hipersenzitivnih ljudi ili pak onih koji su bučniji, pa bi mogli da zasmetaju "komšijama". Sve u svemu - jedno super iskustvo! Bukirale bismo ponovo :)

Perfect little cosy place for a family with 2 children. Beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. Very helpfu, friendly and efficient hosts. The property is close to various beautiful beaches, historical towns and attractions. The small and big supermarkets and bakeries are within easy reach. We had a lovely holiday and looking forward to the next year's visit. Big thanks to Marko and Katarina + family :) x

Öncelikle Kosovka geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen bizi kapıda karşıladı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Her türlü imkan vardı. Ev sahibi olarak elinden gelen tüm yardımları sağladı. Teşekkürler Kosovka :)

Очень отзывчивая хозяйка! В апартаментах было всё что нужно, включая чай и кофе. Апартаменты находится на третьем этаже. Ночью очень тихо, днем иногда было слышно стройку. Очень чисто. Своя парковка прям около дома. Спасибо.

everthing was perfect Jasna is perfect home owner. and house view was amazing. And it was very peaceful. I can absolutely recommend.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Petars Unterkunft! Das Airbnb ist super ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche und der Grillbereich draußen haben uns begeistert), Petar ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet und Check-in und Check-out haben sehr unkompliziert funktioniert. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht so viel zu entdecken, wir fanden die Lage für Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto aber super. Die Unterkunft ist an einem sehr sehr steilen Hang gelegen, am besten man parkt unten an der Straße und läuft die letzten Hundert Meter zu Fuß. Einen Morgen hatten wir kein Wasser, Petar hat aber direkt geantwortet, dass das manchmal vorkäme, und kurze Zeit später ging es auch wieder.

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

If you are visiting Montenegro this is the place to stay! Aneta was the friendliest, most helpful and delightful host we have met. The apartment is exactly like the photos although they probably don't do it justice. It is beautifully furnished and has a fabulous outdoor space. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi watching the boats go by! The view is spectacular and will live in our memories forever. There are beautiful places around the bay to visit. We particularly enjoyed Perast and Port Montenegro. The cable car is a must. Views from up at the top were awesome. Food and wine good too. Very rarely visit a place twice but Aneta's apartment will be an exception. Didn't want to leave. Go and enjoy!

Bozidar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Restoran, plaj, gezilecek yerler gibi birçok yeri gönderdi. Bizi o karşılayıp eve götürdü. Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzel. Gayet temizdi. Manzarası ve balkonu çok güzel. Tatilim boyunca sorduğum sorulara hızlı ve samimi bir şekilde cevap verdi. Tatil sonunda ince düşünceli davranarak bizim için hediyeler almıştı. Bir daha yolum düşerse kesinlikle kendisi ile iletişime geçerim ve herkese tavsiye ederim 🍀

Our stay at Osman's place went as expected. The listing is completely accurate, and we loved the quiet location, pool and the bay view from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and bright, and has fully equipped kitchen to cook anything. Some reviews may complain for the location, but Tivat is so small and if you've got a car there's absolutely no issue with it at all.

I recently stayed at the Nikola Apartments in Tivat, and it was an excellent experience! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the sea and the lovely promenade. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, making for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having parking on-site, which made getting around the area a breeze. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Tivat, I highly recommend Nikola Apartments!

Great location, beautiful apartment and outside swimming pool. Had a super nice stay and a very nice host! Definitely recommended.
