Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooking top and owen, coffe maker, toaster and kettle, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed. This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment. The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car. Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. For use of our guests only we owe small domestic restaurant "Konoba Servneti" that served only sea food meals prepared at traditional maritime style of cooking. Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. This flat is perfect for 5 people. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a shorter stay.

My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.
