Family-friendly vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Jovan’s place! The location is absolutely perfect — practically right on the beach, with a beautiful long seaside walking and cycling path just steps away. It was incredibly easy and pleasant to explore the area: the Old Town fortress of Kotor was very close, as well as several supermarkets, a local food market, and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the gorgeous mountains surrounding the bay, with excellent hiking routes easily accessible from the apartment. The weather was gentle and perfect for springtime adventures, and the scenery — mountains meeting the sea — was simply breathtaking. The apartment itself was comfortable, had all the amenities you can think of to make our stay even more relaxing. A special thanks to Jovan and Alexander for being such welcoming hosts. Alexander’s English is truly impressive, and we found that communication everywhere in Montenegro was very easy with locals. Thank you again for hosting us!

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

非常温馨的民俗，真的就像在自己家里一样！厨具和清洁用品一应俱全，冰箱里还有早餐，房东Branimir善良友好，非常耐心地回答我们的问题，推荐！

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

Bozidar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Restoran, plaj, gezilecek yerler gibi birçok yeri gönderdi. Bizi o karşılayıp eve götürdü. Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzel. Gayet temizdi. Manzarası ve balkonu çok güzel. Tatilim boyunca sorduğum sorulara hızlı ve samimi bir şekilde cevap verdi. Tatil sonunda ince düşünceli davranarak bizim için hediyeler almıştı. Bir daha yolum düşerse kesinlikle kendisi ile iletişime geçerim ve herkese tavsiye ederim 🍀

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

Konaklama yeri fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. Havuz ve jakuzi olması çok rahatlatıcı. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü dost canlısı. Montenegronun gezilmesi gereken yerlerine çok yakın. Güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar montonegroya gelirsek burada kalmak isteriz.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

We had a great Time at Masa’s place. The hosts are very very friendly, have wonderful animals and we felt very welcome throughout our stay! Thank you for the amazing hospitality:)

Großzügige, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Gut für 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleinere Kinder. Großartiger Blick bei jedem Wetter und jeder Uhrzeit. Nina war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Waschmittel gegeben und etwas länger bleiben lassen, weil unser Flug erst abends ging. Im Stockwerk unten wird noch gebaut. Auch der Garten ist eher Wildnis und Baustelle mit vielen netten Katzen. Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil, da muss man etwas aufpassen, wenn das Auto wenig Bodenfreiheit hat. Es fährt zwar ein Bus nach Kotor, dennoch braucht man hier im Urlaub auf jeden Fall ein Auto und gute Nerven. Wir waren Anfang Oktober hier und fanden es sehr schön!

It was a pleasent stay. Vesna helped us with our questions for trips and gave us information. We highly recommend the accommodation with that beautiful view!

Miejsce które oferuje Stefan jest wyjątkowe. Spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do ciekawych miejsc. Bezpośredni kontakt miałam z siostrą Stefana, która jest bardzo miłą i szanującą prywatność gości osobą. Od samego początku czuliśmy się jak wśród bliskich osób. Mama Stefana częstowała nas pysznymi ciasteczkami oraz wspaniałymi wędlinami własnego wyrobu. W domu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Chociaż Stefan był w podróży, zadbał o nas zdalnie i dostałam od niego mnóstwo rekomendacji co do restauracji. Czysta łazienka i kuchnia, wygodne łóżko. Osobne wejście i osobna część ogrodu nie koliduje z domowinkami. Gorąco polecam to miejsce z racji jego uroku, ale najbardziej ze względu na wspaniałych ludzi.

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

appartement situé à l'étage dans une maison ou vit l'hote les 2 entrées sont bien séparées ageable, nous etions avec un autre couple, l'appartement possede 2 salles de bains et 4 chambres bien disposées 2 terrasses : une devant face à la mer et l'autre derriere logement propre et entretenu poser la question du parking avant l'arrivée si vous êtes en voiture car les places sont rares dans ce village mais nos hôtes se sont très bien débrouillées pour placer nos 2 voitures

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

Oksana's place is a really nice, well equipped house with all necessities, good size rooms, big balcony and veranda. We happened to visit Tivat during the heatwave and the temperature was rising up to 42C, so AC was helping a lot. Still it was too hot in the bedrooms at night. The house is about 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach and perhaps about 25-30 minutes walk to the centre (or a taxi, which is very cheap in Tivat). Several shops nearby withing the walkable distance. Oksana's representative has met us at the airport and shown several places of interest on the way and around the house. Overall check-in and out experience was wonderful.

A fabulous place to stay for a night. Hosts so friendly and welcoming. Apartment so clean and just perfect for our needs. Great view close to everything & walkable.Highly recommend staying here. Oh and the pool is squeaky clean and fresh! Thank you Jasna and Bob

Endroit très agréable et très propre et Marija très gentille et serviable, si nous revenons au Monténégro et que nous cherchons un logement dans ce coin nous retournerons chez elle!

Sandra's place was a lovely find! We were met by Sandra who showed us around and got us all checked in. Her and her family were very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations on what to do, where to go/eat etc. They really went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. It's one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed in! The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was lovely. Everything was kept spotless and was well cared for. If we ever return to Montenegro we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay at Osman's place went as expected. The listing is completely accurate, and we loved the quiet location, pool and the bay view from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and bright, and has fully equipped kitchen to cook anything. Some reviews may complain for the location, but Tivat is so small and if you've got a car there's absolutely no issue with it at all.

Studio idéalement placé dans la baie de Lustica, l'une des parties les plus préservées de la foule selon nous dans les bouches de Kotor. Nous avions le studio au 2eme étage à partager avec le studio d'à côté mais l'intimité est bien préservée. La vue depuis la terrasse, le lit ou le studio est magnifique. J'aurais pu passer des heures à la contempler. La piscine n'est pas grande mais suffisante. Personne ou peu de monde quand nous y étions. La plage n'est qu'à quelques centaines de mètres de l'appartement, la supérette au bout de la rue. Machine à laver à disposition. Zoran est un hôte accueillant et réactif aux messages. Si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours au calme , loin de la foule dans une petite bulle de paradis, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous avons quitté cet endroit ressourcé et reposés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

The view from the balcony and the bedroom is phenomenal. Waking up to that picturesque is truly magical! Jovan has been extremely helpful by not just answering our questions but also by providing additional information so that we could fully explore and enjoy Lustica and its surroundings. I’d love to come back soon - that’s how good everything was!

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

One of the most peaceful places. Marko is kind, very responsive and knowledgeable about what to do. The place its self is gorgeous, even better than the photos. You can jump straight into the sea, lounge on some sun beds on the terrace or go exploring around. 10/10
