Beachfront vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

We had a great Time at Masa’s place. The hosts are very very friendly, have wonderful animals and we felt very welcome throughout our stay! Thank you for the amazing hospitality:)

Eine schöne und helle Wohnung, sauber und gutriechend. Man kann bei gutem Wetter auf der Gemeinschaftsterasse draußen sitzen, Aussicht ins Grüne. Das Bad groß und schick. Der Vermieter inklusive Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Gebäude unten ist eine Bäckerei. Das einzige im Schlafzimmer ist es bei offenem Fenster etwas laut, da die Hauptstraße um die Ecke ist. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Taxi 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Tivat Hafen ist in der Nähe und dort findet man zahlreiche Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Günstige Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Busbahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt, von dort fahren regelmäßig Busse nach Kotor und Budva. Der Strand ist auch um die Ecke, über ein Waldstück erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall empfehlen!

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

It was a great stay ❤️🥰We satisfied about everything. Dragica was very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and there was a beautiful view from room and you can reach the seaside in 1 minute. thanks for everything😍🥰🌼🌸

Manzarası harika tüm körfezi panoramik olarak izleme imkanı sunuyor. Muhit olarak sessiz sakin ve huzur vericiydi. Aracı olmayanlar için yorucu olabilir çünkü bulunan mevki dik rampaların olduğu bir bölgede yer alıyor. Bizim aracımız olduğu için sorun yaşamadık. Plaja da oldukça yakın ve ailelerin bulunduğu bir yerdi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok iyiydi, bizi güzel yüzlü karşıladı. Ev fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi, klima yeterliydi. 1,5 yaşında bebeğimiz için park yatak hazırlamışlardı çok memnun olduk. Turist vergimizin ödemesi için de ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. 3 gün keyifliydi teşekkür ederiz.

Tamara’s place is just a street back from the sea front. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and her brother was really helpful in showing us around when we first arrived. Everything you could need is in the apartment including a shaded terrace outside. 5 or so minutes walk to the port area but with restaurants and bars right outside. Great place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Porto Montenegro.

what a wonderful apartment! the setting is wonderful and to sit out on either the lower or upper balcony is so peaceful. Everything you need is here and all set out in a very modern, clean, welcoming apartment. Aleksandra has thought of everything and will make you feel so welcome. the SUP boards are a fantastic bonus and what a wonderfully, peaceful corner of Tivat to use them. Everything is within an easily walkable distance yet the setting is so calm. We look forward greatly to our return

The apartment was clean and had a nice view over the sea and mountains. The communication with Djuro was easy and he was very helpful.

Wij (een gezin met 3 tieners tussen 12 en 17) hebben enorm genoten van het appartement van Iva. Echt een droomlocatie! Het uitzicht op het terras is prachtig, heerlijke plek om te zitten. Het appartement is heel comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Leuk dat er een sup en fiets is. We hebben veel gezwommen in de zee en het zwembad. Interessante bezienswaardigheden zoals Kotor zijn dichtbij. Iva is heel benaderbaar en reageert snel. Het was jammer dat andere gasten in het appartement klaagden over onze tieners in het zwembad (die zich keurig aan de regels hielden). Dit werd door Iva goed opgepakt.

A fabulous place to stay for a night. Hosts so friendly and welcoming. Apartment so clean and just perfect for our needs. Great view close to everything & walkable.Highly recommend staying here. Oh and the pool is squeaky clean and fresh! Thank you Jasna and Bob

I stayed there for 4 days and Marija made sure I was comfortable. The Airnbnb itself was exactly what I expected and the view of the pool was amazing, as was the easy access. Marija herself was a fantastic host who always supported me when I needed anything. She provided me with info about the city and activities, and any time I had a question I simply messaged her on What's App and she replied almost, if not immediately All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at a great apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts spoken English wasn't great, but could communicate with his phone well enough so no issues there. Had a small issue with boiler not working, was fixed 20 minutes after messaging. Great swimming pool, but you are at the mercy of other guests as there's not a lot of room around it.

Чистая, уютная, светлая квартира. Парковка во дворе. Через дорогу частный сектор, где отлично прогуляться с коляской или собакой. До моря 3мин пешком. Рядом магазины, кафешки. Хозяйка приветливая и дружелюбная. Просьбы и пожелания не оставляет без внимания. Рекомендую.

The place is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea and promenade are just a 2-minute walk away, and supermarkets are about a 15-minute walk. The only downside is that the view faces the road, so it's more pleasant to keep the curtains closed.

Beautiful location, all the basic amenities, and lovely and helpful host. Plenty of restaurants around, cute antique shop close by, and shops/supermarket/bakery within walking distance.

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Een klein paradijsje met een privéstrand, temidden alle drukte op de andere plekken. We hebben genoten! Je vergeet dat de badkamer en de keuken niet 100% zijn is als je het uitzicht ziet. Een zalige plek om te verblijven!

Marko ist wirklich ein super Gastgeber! Der persönliche Empfang am Vormittag war perfekt arrangiert, mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und einer großen Obstschale… der mobile WLAN Router, den Marko uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat, war Gold wert - damit haben wir alle seine Empfehlungen und Tipps problemlos ausmachen können - z.B. Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Touren und Orte usw. waren immer ein Volltreffer! Die Kommunikation war steht’s einwandfrei! Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Montenegro verbracht und das nur, weil wir uns nach unseren Ausflügen auf die schöne Unterkunft gefreut haben und den Abend auf der Terrasse genossen haben! 7.-14. Oktober 2023 mit super Wetter und Sonne satt! DANKE

A tastefully decorated, fully equipped apartment with a nice terrace and a mega view. The place is well located and you can reach the city’s in bay Kotor i a short time. There is a shallow swimming area next to the apartment, which is ideal for small children. The apartment is small, but there was enough space for our family of 4. Only two issue was for us, missing sunbeds on the beach and air conditioner in the bedroom. The parking space mentioned in reviews is nothing special if you have driven in mountain areas. We had a great time. Thank you!
