We had a very nice stay. Hold on a weekend. Alba's house is great in all respects. Careful in every detail and very well equipped for a not only short stay. It is located in the center of the historic center of Ardesio, which allows you to have everything at your fingertips. Alba was very helpful in communicating. I hope we'll be able to come back as soon as possible.

Could not recommend this place enough. If you want a nice cozy loving stay as If you’re staying at your nonnas house..This is It! Impeccable hospitality with thoughtful details throughout the stay. From the colorful & comfortable bedroom with a nice view. .to waking up to a homemade organic local breakfast with so much love put into It. We left satisfied in every department. We were relaxed & rejuvenated with enjoyable conversation from Maria. She’s honestly the sweetest, and you can see her love and passion for her B&B truly can’t wait to come back!

We booked Roberto’s place at 9pm at night in a bit of an emergency situation as our train got cancelled. Our reservation was immediately accepted and Roberto answered the phone straight away to help us get inside. Upon arriving, we were stunned with how beautiful the place was. Roberto added so many small touches that elevated the entire experience. The apartment was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine clean. The bathroom felt like a spa. There was a color changing light in the shower. Toothbrushes, slippers and some other amenities were available which were extremely helpful since we did not have any of our personal items. The kitchen was equipped with a large variety of teas, coffee, and snacks and there was even milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvet. After walking up we were stunned at the view out the window. Staying at Roberto’s place made our entire trip and cannot recommend enough. We hope to be back.

The house is arranged on two floors, the first with a large living room with adjoining kitchen in addition to the bathroom, a large terrace at the entrance and a balcony overlooking the kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor is a loft with two bedrooms. The house is relatively small, but cozy and clean. Maura also made the garage available to us, but having a very long car it was not possible to take advantage of it. However, there are free parking lots nearby. Overall we had a very good time, Maura responds immediately if needed, she left us several things available in addition to the necessities for breakfast.

we spent a few days in Valtellina with the family and in Monica's apartment we felt at home! The apartment is lovely, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance you can find grocery stores and a supermarket. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the departure of the Bernina Train. I would gladly come back!

We felt right at home. We found breakfast products, coffee, fruit, everything you need for the kitchen, nothing was missing. Quiet and peaceful area, great for getting away from the chaos of the city. Thanks Nadia and Franco for hosting us. Highly recommended to everyone, we would like to come back again because the area offers so much to see and experience. See you next time!!!

Daniele is a very courteous young person and available to support if needed. Super hospitality you immediately feel at home! Very clean location with very comfortable logistics, especially for our group of 5 cyclists. In one word, top ACCOMMODATION!!! Highly recommended. If we return to Bormio we will know where to stay. Lorenza is very kind. Quick in his responses and precise in the directions. She has activated through her contacts to help us with various things. The house is very nice. There are ten minutes of bends to get there but they were not a problem (and we made them at night!). And anyway it's the “price” you need for the view and the peace that the place has to offer. Of all the places I visited in Italy, this is by far my favorite! I absolutely cannot wait to return! Such a beautiful place to stay and very centrally located for fun day trips.

I was at the "farm Belotti" on the weekend of December 14 with my 10-year-old. The services offered, the location and the kindness of the owners were greater than expected. We enjoyed the spa in an exclusive way with a prosecco aperitif and soft drink for the little girl accompanied by cheeses and charcuterie. The dinner two first and sweet portions plentiful because we were already satiated with the aperitif. Great breakfast, cozy room, very clean and warm . Beautiful location and village about 3 km from Pontedilegno. I will definitely suggest this place to friends and family !!

This is a hidden gem. Absolutely perfect in every way! The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful rooms - very clean, lovely furniture, large and spacious, glorious bathroom with a steamer/Turkish bath, comfortable bed and pillows, two bedrooms with good quality bunk bed for children too. Local wines provided in the room fridges. The breakfast provided was enormous and included huge pastries and croissants, muesli and fruit, cereal, biscuits, toasted sandwiches, and good coffee! It was lovely. The service from Mrs Giulia was wonderful. Anything you need, she is there to help. The airbnb also has the most stunning rooftop views, including a rooftop pool. There are some lovely walks you can do nearby. And I highly recommend eating at Osteria Lanzati (downstairs) - delicious food, impeccable service. A fine dining experience! They were also very kind to our fussy two young children, and made them feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay. We will certainly be back!
