Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

Très bon séjour chez Ludvig. Le logement est très lumineux et aménagé avec goût. Le balcon avec le vue sur la mer est un vrai plus même si son orientation ne permet pas de l’avoir toute la journée. Il est facile de laisser le voiture garée au sous sol et de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville de Durres avec ses nombreuses boutiques et restaurants.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Beautiful and modest house, very close to the beach and multiple stores nearby. The host daughter spoke to us and always responded quick. Pool was bigger than expected and many chairs near it to chill. Amazing stay!

This apartment is great to stay in Durres even for a long time. This apartment is near the beach and you can get to it in 3-5 minutes, near there are a lot of restaurants and cafes The host is very kind and responsive, so I am not surprised why it is a “Super host” label

They are the best. Very responsive and always willing to help when you need it. My family and I were new to the country and the host went the extra mile to help us out with many things. They are just amazing and we were very happy to be here.

Ari is the best host! He’s very responsive and one of the reasons our stay has been so great! The place is near everything and you can do a lot of shopping and exploring. The place is just like the pictures which is great.

Perfect Beach Getaway in Durres My stay at this Airbnb apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was immaculately clean, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing walks by the sea and enjoying the sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries, making check-in and check-out seamless. They provided great local tips on where to eat and what to see in Durres, which really enhanced my experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Durres. A great place to stay that matched the pictures and had a fantastic view on the top floor. Got to watch the sunset every night from our balcony which was amazing. Steisi was a great communicator who made finding the apartment easy and was someone that I would book again with. Durrës is also a great city with lots to do and see.

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Amazing location with magnificent balcony sea view (7th floor with elevator) and many cosy restaurants around the area, very clean apartment, perfect for families with little kids, very welcoming hosts... Private parking as well and supermarket in the building... The apartment was equipped with everything one needs for the days you're there. 10/10 - will most definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and families. You won't regret staying here! See you again for sure!

Если ещё раз поеду в Дуррес то только к Brikene. Расположение дома замечательное,свое тихое место на закрытой территории возле моря,закаты на терассе или на берегу моря,сон под звук моря это особое удовольствие. Brikene всегда на связи и любые вопросы( такси,позднее прибытие или наоборот нужно выехать попозже,аренда машины) решаются моментально. Мы были с годовалым ребенком и это место подходящее на все 💯. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la relation avec Altin le mari d’Irena. C’est lui qui était au rendez vous d’accueil pour notre séjour. Tout a été impeccable. La maison et son beau jardin est au cœur d’une pinède à 100m de la plage. Altin est de bons conseils concernant les restaurants qui sont faciles d’accès à pieds. Nous étions donc 7 personnes, un couple et un autre couple qui a ses trois enfants. Nous occupions la chambre du bas équipée de sa salle de bain. Et pour les nuits les 5 autres vivaient en haut en ayant aussi leur salle de bain. Top ! La cuisine et le salon sont grands et bien équipés. Merci à Irena et Aldin d’avoir fourni une télévision dotée de très nombreuses chaînes internationales ! Le plus … on peut garer sa voiture dans la cour ! Bref … merci, très bon lieu ! Very lovely stay, 2 balconies in the forest were great. The beach is only 2 minutes away. Clean, specious and has everything you need and great value.

Rudi, war ein toller Gastgeber. Wir mussten kurzfristig umplanen und meine Eltern sind letztlich in der Wohnung geblieben. Das war für Rudi überhaupt kein Problem. Meine Eltern haben sich extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Es gab sogar Utensilien für den Strand. Es war alles sauber, sodass wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Diese Unterkunft besuchen wir definitiv wieder! Danke Rudi!
