My family loved staying at Or’s beautiful home. We had a little trouble figuring out which building it was, but it didn’t take long for us to get in. The apartment is located in a lovely high rise residential neighborhood. Every amenity that you’d find in your own home is there. Or’s instructions with codes, heat, hot water, etc. were very explicit. It was easy to communicate with Or, and he answered any questions I had. Everything was very comfortable and clean. We were visiting my daughter who lives about 15 minutes away. If I ever have a larger group visiting in Israel with me, I would definitely request to stay here again. The unit is clean, well-organized, located in a new modern building, and has everything you need to the last details, including a work space, slippers, a hair dryer and an iron, a large tv with Netflix and many more, obviously a lot of thought was put into it. The sofa-bed is surprisingly comfortable, I slept like a baby. Batya is very responsive, every issue was immediately taken care of, and she even allowed a generous late check out, as my flight was in the evening.
