Me and my family (my kids are 3 and 6) loved our stay in Mérida at John & Paty's beautiful space. The neighbourhood is beautiful and peaceful with lots of great things nearby, and the place is expansive, with lots of different areas to spend time in, and so private for feeling right in the middle of things. We were grateful for the pool and the AC in the bedrooms as it was very hot when we were there in March, and they sent lots of great recommendations for day trips. We all loved our time in "our Mexico House."

Casa Osito had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant week in Merida. There was ample communication with our hosts throughout the week which we really appreciated. The amenities were great and we loved having our own pool to cool off in after a day of exploring. The neighborhood felt very residential and calm. One thing to note is that it is a little bit of a walk to some of the more populated/busier plazas and areas. Overall the house was beautiful and was a great home base for exploring Merida.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our visit. The separate quarters allowed each of us to enjoy our own space, which was a great touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to the center and most local attractions. Our host, Oswaldo, was exceptionally proactive, providing clear instructions and wonderful local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this place, and the pictures truly do it justice!

This place can be summed up in one word, grandeur! My wife and i absolutely loved it. If there was one critique it would be the bar stool chairs and bar/table in kitchen doesn’t work. It’s impossible to sit in the chairs and be seated at the table. We didn’t need them anyway I tried to sit there once with was like this is very uncomfortable and just does not work. But it wasn’t a big deal to us because it was so beautiful outside! In the summer that could be different I reckon.

We are all very happy with the house and the equipment it has . Plenty of towels, large bath towels were a plus. The place has the washing machine and it was a necessity for a large family of 10 people. Short distance to most things in the city center . We were greeted by Betty who was very nice and showed us around. The place is recommended.

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

A place true to description. It would be the stay in general. Amenities in good condition and very accessible with public transport.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean , central to everything, and it felt like home. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!
