Me and my family (my kids are 3 and 6) loved our stay in Mérida at John & Paty's beautiful space. The neighbourhood is beautiful and peaceful with lots of great things nearby, and the place is expansive, with lots of different areas to spend time in, and so private for feeling right in the middle of things. We were grateful for the pool and the AC in the bedrooms as it was very hot when we were there in March, and they sent lots of great recommendations for day trips. We all loved our time in "our Mexico House."

“I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, Historic Center, Cathedral and Main touristic attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering great local recommendations. Casa Osito had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant week in Merida. There was ample communication with our hosts throughout the week which we really appreciated. The amenities were great and we loved having our own pool to cool off in after a day of exploring. The neighborhood felt very residential and calm. One thing to note is that it is a little bit of a walk to some of the more populated/busier plazas and areas. Overall the house was beautiful and was a great home base for exploring Merida.

Excelente casa en Mérida, a pocos minutos de muchas cosas, la casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada … excelente comunicación con los anfitriones, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos .. nuestro vuelo se atrasó y nos dieron oportunidad de late check out.. en cuanto a la luz pagamos $436 de jueves a lunes 7 personas ..es un alojamiento super recomendable

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our visit. The separate quarters allowed each of us to enjoy our own space, which was a great touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to the center and most local attractions. Our host, Oswaldo, was exceptionally proactive, providing clear instructions and wonderful local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this place, and the pictures truly do it justice!

This place can be summed up in one word, grandeur! My wife and i absolutely loved it. If there was one critique it would be the bar stool chairs and bar/table in kitchen doesn’t work. It’s impossible to sit in the chairs and be seated at the table. We didn’t need them anyway I tried to sit there once with was like this is very uncomfortable and just does not work. But it wasn’t a big deal to us because it was so beautiful outside! In the summer that could be different I reckon.

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

L'appartement était plus grand que les photos laissent paraître et très lumineux. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine et du patio. L'appartement est à 20 minutes à pieds des principales attractions ou 5$ en uber. Toutefois, comme un peu partout au Mexique, il y a des chiens qui jappent constamment. Il y a plusieurs fourmis dans l'appartement et sur le patio. Le débit de l'eau est très bas et il est difficile d'avoir de l'eau à la bonne température dans les douches. En résumé, c'est un appartement parfait pour se reposer, profiter de la chaleur du Mexique autour de la piscine dans un appartement design et grand.

La casa era perfecta, con todas las habitaciones con salida al jardín con alberca. La alberca ideal para nadar por la mañana antes de desayunar y para disfrutar después de un día de visita turística para relajarse. La cocina muy bien equipada, el salón comedor muy cómodo y todas las estancias con muy buen tamaño. Además estaba todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. La ubicación era ideal, estando cerca de la avenida principal, al lado de una calle llena de restaurante y un parque maravilloso con mucha vida. En resumen una casa cerca de todo y a la vez muy tranquila y sin ruidos. con respecto a la anfitriona darle las gracias por todas las recomendaciones, tanto dentro de Mérida como excursiones y visitas cercanas a Merida. Nos recomendó unas pirámides y un cenote maravilloso lejos del bullicio de todos los turistas y aglomeraciones. En resumen se preocupo de saber que queríamos para recomendarnos lo que realmente estábamos buscando. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Experiencia maravillosa. Gracias.
