We stayed 5 and wish we could have stayed more. the place is very clean beautiful inside and out! when we needed to get in touch with Vibe they gorgeous right back to us immediately. Viibe is very accommodating. to your needs. absolutely loved our time there the hottube was amazing. can't wait to book this summer and us the pool. thank you Vibe for being such amazing hosts. we can't wait to return our dog didn't want to leave either ❤️ sincerely Mark and Mary Latour

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

Lex was really helpful and accommodating! This house was great for a large family with small children. We loved that there was two different living spaces to hang out in.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Accommodations were as described and Jeremy was quick to respond with all questions that we had. Upon arrival the home was clean and welcoming. We had plenty of space for our group and the home was a short distance from local businesses. Highly recommend.

We were in and out so did not take advantage of all the amenities, but appreciated the Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, pleasant and functional bathroom, and noticed the washer and dryer and dishwasher. We did not cook, but kitchen appeared well stocked with pots and dishes had we needed to. All was as described, clean and comfortable. The little house on the park met our needs!

Gorgeous house right on the river. Easy to find and close to the cutest downtown shops ever. The house was beautifully decorated with everything and more that we needed on our stay. It was a shame the weather kept us from having a fire by the river or enjoying the private deck. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience all around. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, and is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Ithaca. There are plenty of options for hiking, trails, and scenic waterfalls a short drive away as well. The layout of the house was great, and everything was clean and welcoming. This was perfect for our group of 6 friends (3 couples). The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was wonderful too, with a ping pong table, cornhole, and a fire pit with all the necessary supplies to start a campfire. The property is also pet-friendly. Our friend’s dog was able to stretch her legs and run in the side yard. Highly recommended.

We had a great visit for a family reunion. The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with every comfort you could ask for, plus more. But what really sets it apart is the land - privacy away from the main road, fun hills to walk and explore, a deck to enjoy the views, fire pit / grill / pizza oven. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat that's still just a short drive to the conveniences of restaurants and grocery stores.

We loved our stay at Evan’s place! We loved how peaceful the house was and getting to use all of the amenities like the hot tub and fire pit. It was a serene getaway yet close enough to downtown Ithaca to enjoy the highlights of the city.

Another amazing visit. Evan is a great host, and the space is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Second year we’ve booked this property and looking forward to coming back next year.
