Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tioga County

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at Hunter’s place! We got to see some adorable animals, had more than enough space, and had a beautiful view to wake up to and walk around in. Hunter was very accommodating and helpful with any issues or questions we had, and was very responsive and kind. We did not realize that Hunter and their family were staying in the floor above us until we got there, but it did not change anything about the stay. We would come back again!

I recently stayed at this cozy BnB in Ithaca and had such a great experience. The location was perfect—just a short drive from downtown and close to some of the best hiking trails and waterfalls in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming vibe.

Maddy’s place was wonderful! I appreciated the balance of privacy and proximity to downtown and hiking trails. The dogs loved the free space to roam safely away from the road! Inside was so comfortable and homey and well curated. Maddy is super responsive and sweet! Overall I felt right at home and the views were serene-can’t wait to visit again.

I visited with bunch of my friends and it was the most amazing place. The entire property is well maintained and clean. You experience the tranquil environment and its soo peaceful place to relax. Thank you casey for hosting us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

Not our first and certainly will not be our last stay at this amazing location. The host is second to none! 5 stars!

Great apartment with private entrance and overall very peaceful setting. Close to main part of town and Ithaca College. Apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated to feel upscale yet accessible. Peaceful walking path to a pond right behind the home. Would stay again.

If i could give Alicias place 100 stars i would. It is tucked away in a nice quiet area! The place had such a cozy feel and anything you could possibly need was there. It was immaculately clean!! The linens on the bed were wonderful as well! I wished i could have stayed longer! I hope to visit this place again!

Suzanne was a very welcoming host. We made this booking the night before and she graciously accepted it. She was there to great us when we arrived and made many suggestions for our stay which was extremely helpful. The place was just right. This was our third year in a row staying at Jagadish's place for Thanksgiving. We love it!

This beautiful, comfortable home provided an idyllic place for our daughter's move-in to college. The property is lovely, overlooking the hills, and offering glorious sunrise views. We were provided fresh milk and eggs from the backyard cow and chickens, which was absolutely amazing. The bedrooms upstairs were cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. The living room was the perfect size for hanging out with our daughter, playing games, and watching movies. And I was able to make wonderful homecooked meals in the kitchen where we sat at a lovely table that overlooked the pond. We truly felt at home as we helped our youngest leave the nest and begin her college journey. Jessie and her family were so welcoming, thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again when we visit our daughter.

Melissa‘s apartment is always immaculate and makes us feel welcome. Whether we’re sitting on the couch watching TV, sleeping soundly or cooking a meal in the kitchen, it is very easy to feel at home.

Had a nice time, lots of room. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. We had a wonderful stay. House had everything we needed.

Very private and quiet space. There were stairs to get to the walk out basement which was the entrance for the apartment. The front of the house that you see as you enter the driveway is not the same as the picture of the whole house so there was some confusion if I was at the right place. Inside was very spacious and clean.

Another great ski weekend at Greek Peak! The shuttle directly from the house to the mountain is unbeatable. I love that every house I stay in at Greek Peak has similar charm, and this one is no different. We loved being able to fit our group all in one spot, with plenty of room to hang out, cook dinner, and play games after a long day on the slopes

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

The interior decorating, design, construction and the stocking of the space with super useful items was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and will stay here again.

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!
