Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tinjan

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. We had a really nice holiday week ! The house sits very quietly in the countryside on the edge of the forest with clean pool and practical chic furnishings. Labin is less than 10 minutes by car. It is possible to hike or cycle away from the house. Thomas is super nice and helpful ! We would definitely stay there again!!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We were allowed to stay with Ivan as a larger group for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house, pool and outdoor area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is wonderful. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Great, close to town and quiet place to stay. We really enjoyed our vacation at Goran's and got helpful tips on excursions and restaurants. The apartment, outdoor area and pool were great! We highly recommend Goran's place. Thank you for everything! Greetings from Switzerland

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

A dream of apartment. Very stylishly furnished and with an eye for detail. Everything clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The host is great and communication was smooth. If we go on vacation in Pula again, then definitely in this accommodation.

Nice small house with a huge fireplace. A little bit to close to road so You can hear it all night.

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

Everything went well with Aleks, he was helpful by telling us where to find everything. It is a nice flat with a great view.

Nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Mara’s place. The studio apartment was spotless clean and well organized. The location was perfect for our trip to visit nearby Pula. Shower was nice and hot. Wifi was great. We asked to do a load of laundry. No problem with that. Hung up clothes to dry. The property is so beautiful and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

We (three of us and with our dog) spent almost a week in Villa Maya and did not want to leave. The villa is in a very quiet area and is perfect if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Nevertheless, the town of Krk is quickly accessible by car. Good shopping is about 4 km away. The villa is spacious, with plenty of space, very well maintained and very clean. From the villa you have a wonderful view of the sea and the city of Krk. Very nice, clean pool and garden area. We didn't barbecue, but everything is ready for it. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard. Nothing is actually missing. The hostess Maya was very nice and eager to make us feel comfortable. A nice gesture from the hosts was the welcome drink and chilled soft drinks in the fridge. The place is a real recommendation, excellent value for money.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The decor was appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.
