Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay! The house is warm and inviting, and we especially loved the comfy dining chairs that made our meals feel extra homey. It’s in a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The location is super convenient—just a short drive to SM Lipa and the city center. We were so tired from an event and ended up oversleeping, but the owner was incredibly kind and graciously allowed us to stay a few hours beyond the designated checkout time so we could rest. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, there were board games available, which was such a fun bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

Michael was a good host. He’s responsive to all my queries. The place is great. The rooms & beds are big enough to accommodate us (11 guests). The kitchen has all the essentials in cooking (except the condiments which the guests need to bring). We enjoyed using the videoke. However, the doors of the T&Bs are hard to lock. And if I may suggest to add screen doors on the sliding doors to avoid insects getting inside the house esp at night. Add more electric fans in the main house. Overall, we had a peaceful & private stay in the resort.

This is an architectural fantasy come to life with artefacts and knickknacks from all over the world. Be prepared for the unconventional & to climb a few steps exploring the spaces. It’s a good location if you have a vehicle. It’s a quiet area with a great ocean view up a steep hill yet close to a beach. Michel met me at the ferry dock and assisted me with motorbike rental and return transport which was very helpful. If you opt for meals, they are amazing, ample & affordable. They also provide drinking water. It’s as private as you want or join convos in common areas and kitchen. I appreciated the suggestions and anecdotes! All the rooms are unique & have their own perks & quirks. Some with A/C, some with wifi, and each has unique furnishings with comfy beds. It’s a place to relax and recharge more than a place to do desk work. A/C is good apart from a power brownout when the generator stopped at night. Pick a room with good airflow as synthetic sheets add to the heat without fans.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! He was incredibly accommodating and kind, allowing us a flexible schedule with early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip so much easier. The house is quite spacious and, even though it’s an older property, it’s very well-maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedroom and kitchen were comfortable and functional, with plenty of tables, chairs, and utensils. We even got to enjoy freshly brewed coffee for free, and it was a nice touch that soap and toothpaste were provided. The kids had a great time too! The spacious parking and fresh air added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

WE LOVE IT!!! im happy that my family loved this place, my parents have been longing for a place that looks and feels like our province, this is exactly what we are looking for🩷 my lola even said "mas tahimik pa kay sa saatin" we really enjoyed our stay!! its super clean po, ung pool kahit ni isang maliit na dahon wala,i really recommend it if youre looking for a place near the beach and superrr affordable.. may pool din sya inside the place mismo solo mo sya if ever na there are no other people who booked in that place, and about the owner, she's super friendly and approachablee and ang gaan ni ate kausap, she will smile whenever na kausap mo syaa🩷 OVERALL GOOD SYA 5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!🩷

I booked Brisa De Playa last minute for my Mom and some family friends to enjoy their Valentine's Day weekend, and it did not disappoint! Their customer service was top notch, and they were able to fulfill my various requests such as an early check-in, preparing a delicious Boodle Lunch for the group, and a late check-out. The property is huge with a beautiful pool & bonfire pit area, and the accommodations were great...especially the bus hotels (which were unique features)! The group had an enjoyable time! Their caretaker Sunshine was very accommodating as well, according to my Mom. We'll definitely recommend Brisa De Playa to our family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Maria and her husband were very gracious hosts. They greeted us and met us and gave us a tour around when we arrived. Cozy and warm place. Reminds me of my home in the province. Pool is not too big but great for night swimming with temperate water. The Beach is a very short walk away and great for small children because it’s not deep at all even at high tide. There were algae though, maybe just the season. White sand but have pebbles. The beach has some trash probably from the ocean. There is a land bridge which is great for picture taking and going to the deeper part. Probably the only thing we didn’t like is the tap water is salty, which is not uncommon for coastal towns. The place provides privacy for medium and large groups. Amenities are complete with pugon if you are into baking dishes and artisanal pizza. Menu of authentic tasting Italian cuisine also available but pricey probably because it is prepared fresh and ingredients have to be bought in the city. Overall 5/5 stars
