I had a great stay at Joan’s place in Lipa City! The house is peaceful, spacious, and feels very safe and secure — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also strategically located near key establishments, so everything you need is just a quick drive or walk away. Joan was an amazing host — super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

We were happy with our stay at ALC transient home. It was clean, spacious, and can accomodate up to 12 people. Ochie was kind, flexible, and very responsive to my queries. We experienced a short power outage due to the rain during the evening but it went back pretty quickly. The only concern we had was the aircon units – it was not that cold but it was working, and the place had many e-fans. Overall, it was a great stay. Should the aircon units be cleaned (I think it just needs further cleaning to function properly :)), it would be perfect! Thank you!

Great place to stay! I highly recommend the place for big groups, corporate events and family get together. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely visit again for other special occasions.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Ate Fely was kind and even assisted us in our commute. The family cabin was really lovely. The host gave clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommended.

We had a great time here with my family. So glad we booked this private villa and get to bring our dog with us too. The pool is 3 min walk away from the villa but we rented a golf cart for transport. It would be convenient if the private villa have it’s own pool too. We bought fish outside and enjoyed grilled fish for lunch before checking out. We also bought some local harvest from the farm. We will definitely go back. This is very ideal for small family or groups. Before checking out, we planned to stay again for another night since we enjoyed, we just wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately i checked the app and it’s not available anymore. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to our host for sharing your place with us. Definitely a 5 star stay 👌🏻

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

great place to unwind with kids. we took their phones away and just spent the time in the farm. best tging about it is we get to bring our pups too. secluded area but you will feel safe. internet's a little spotty but thats the thing, you have to disconnect from the busy world when you are here. you'll never run out of activities! hopefully next time, we get to stay longer!

It was definitely one of the best airbnb that we have ever been stayed in. The hosts have been so helpful and friendly. The design is breathtaking. Amazing views in the morning!! Overall, it is such an amazing place to stay in. Highly recommended!!!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

it's was an excellent experience for us! Having an exclusive place to enjoy the nature beach waters. Definitely, we will come back to this place!

The cabin was peaceful, private, and very secluded. Makes for a wonderful romantic getaway. The caretaker also helped us settle down and we felt safe all throughout. Shame that construction was ongoing in front of us during our stay but it didn't get in the way of the beautiful view and place. I wouldn't recommend this place if you don't have a private vehicle, or aren't familiar with getting around rural places 😅 Though Lipa is a very welcoming city and everyone treats you well, the location is very much out of the way (worth it for how pretty everything is!) Grabfood was accessible which kept us fed! Also a small resto nearby from the other resort out front.

Great location, everything about Marianne's possibilities was perfect! The poor internet connection, the largely non-existent mobile network and the lack of professionalism of Pico management in relation to drinking water during the high season need improvement!

The Beach Bungalow is a perfect place for family trips. The place has this nice 70’s hideaway vibe! Peaceful & homey. The beach is very kid & senior friendly– malinis ang sand & kalmado ang tubig! Beautiful sunset too! Probably the best sunset spot in Batangas. Thank you again for hosting our family, The Beach Bungalow & Sir Miggy! Will surely come back soon.

The host is very responsive and accommodating throughout the booking, from listing inquiries to other needs during the stay and unplanned request for extension. The place has more than adequate facilities - multiple kitchens and bathrooms, sufficient lighting, sound system, wifi, cooking equipment, and lots of extra chairs for outdoor area. The whole place is tidy and the parking space can fit up to five cars. The whole group enjoyed the stay!
