Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Tingloy

My family had a fantastic time. The room was spotless, the owners were incredibly friendly, acommodating and very responsive to our inquiries. Overall it's good place if you are looking for a feel of homestay. We’ll surely come back. Thank you, Palacio!

The host is very accommodating and considerate. There was confusion at first on the number of beds available, as it turns out, it was a studio type unit. The host provided us a workable and convenient remedy. The place is nice and cozy. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Host is responsive and helpful. Nice cr with aesthetic mirror. Space is huge and wifi is super fast! TV is nice and working properly, kids had fun watching netflix. AC in master’s bedroom is good and quiet. This is our 2nd time to stay in Sir Oliver’s unit and I can say that it improved a lot!!! Highly recommended and we will come back soon.

The place looks exactly like the photos posted. We appreciate so much the toys and foldable chair they provided for my 1 year old. Thank you for accepting our last minute extension stay at the place!

Spoke to Tita Nena (Co-host) and she was the one who attended our needs with regard to the place. Parking fits our mini SUV (Tucson) and they even have an automatic washing machine that is free to use during stay. Thankful that we didn't need to find a laundromat anymore. Complete kitchen appliances/utensils. They provided bath towels. Though shower has low pressure on peak hours on the 2nd floor, they have a water heater so that's a plus for us! And lastly, we are very thankful that the place is pet friendly. Location is near Batangas Grand Terminal, a Petron gas station, diversion road and also only along Caltex road. This is the perfect place to book for me when visiting some of my relatives in Batangas City. :)

Our family loved the place! The place was spacious! It was better than the photos. The place is equipped with what we need. The beach was really good for kids because it is shallow, sandy, and has no waves. Will definitely try to book the house again

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

We were happy with our stay at ALC transient home. It was clean, spacious, and can accomodate up to 12 people. Ochie was kind, flexible, and very responsive to my queries. We experienced a short power outage due to the rain during the evening but it went back pretty quickly. The only concern we had was the aircon units – it was not that cold but it was working, and the place had many e-fans. Overall, it was a great stay. Should the aircon units be cleaned (I think it just needs further cleaning to function properly :)), it would be perfect! Thank you!

The place is great. My colleague’s like it. However it’s far from the white beach, 30 mins away from there.

We had an amazing vacation with our pet dog here. We were able to take somewhat of a hike nearby, and swim in one of the cleanest water I've ever swam in. The place is amazing and everyone including Joey, Sir Nino, and each and every one of the locals were so friendly. The only thing that would be great is if they were to have food offerings themselves- though it is highly understandable why the logistics of that would be very difficult. nonetheless, the experience is priceless, and a place to create memories everlasting.

We also enjoyed staying at the balcony and the unit had a very great overall ambiance. 💯 Ms. Reyna was very friendly, accommodating, and welcomed us well in the unit. Sir Alex's place is very quaint and pretty. We came to check in at around 3pm on a weekend so there was quite a crowd in the lobby waiting for the elevator. This unit is just at the 2nd floor so we were happy to skip the lines and use the stairs instead. The unit is equipped with good internet and a smart TV with Netflix. There's a huge open field just across the building where children can freely run around and play. Overall, it was a good break from life in Metro Manila. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay at Balay Gracia! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, amusement park and shopping mall making my trip even more enjoyable. Rafael was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s been a comfortable and peaceful stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The place is great. Has a great view of sunrise and sunset while having Kapeng Barako with your partner. Location is near malls, restaurants and coffeeshops. Security personnel, housekeeping and Mr. JT is very accommodating. This is already my 2nd stay with Mr. JT. I highly recommend this place and will surely come back.
