We loved our stay at the Roost . The accomodation was excellent, a lovely little place and spot on location. Great value for money, everything we needed for overnight stay. Right in the heart of West Didsbury and transport to central Manchester, we used tram and bus. would highly recommend amd would certainly return again ! - thanks

Fantastic place in beautiful area. It had 2 large bedrooms and a lovely living/kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and nice little touches such as coffee, tea, fresh milk, bread rolls and fresh butter. The place is located in a wonderful area and is only a 5 minute walk from an array of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

Sue’s place is in a perfect location, which is primarily why we chose it. You’re within walking distance of Burton Road bars and restaurants and a short drive to East Didsbury.

Great stay here. Apartment was exactly as described and super convenient location for walking into the city centre! Very clean, had everything we needed and lovely views of the city too! Thanks so much for a fab stay we loved it and would highly recommend :)

We stayed at Hongkai’s for the Manchester marathon with our toddler. The place was clean, spacious, and had lots of little bits that made life easier with a little one, such as a high chair, toys, books, blackout curtains, even the ducks across the road made for good entertainment. Hongkai’s communication was exceptional and check in was flawless. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The property is spacious and clean. Very close to the tram station so ideal for getting into Manchester. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a really well located apartment right on the Wilmslow Rd almost opposite the Christie Hospital. A spacious kitchen / sitting room and decent sized bedrooms which face the back, so do not overlook the road. The easy parking was a real bonus. The electronic keypad front door took a bit of getting used to, but actually worked really well. All in all just what we were looking for to visit family nearby, and we shall certainly be back.

We stayed in Manchester for one week, with a very enjoyable memory here! 1, The location of Anthony's apartment is really perfect! It's just at the very center of the main city, very easy walking to Northern Quarter, Town Hall, Manchester Cathedral, Castlefield, & most of the famous places......And there're many bars, restaurants, museums, all kinds of interesting shops nearby, & a big Arndale Shopping Mall (ALDI in it) for daily use shopping. 2, The apartment is very comfortable & clean. We enjoy the sunshine in the living room through big wide windows, and the open kitchen is very convenient with all kinds of stuffs you need to prepare a meal. The bathroom is also very spacious & comfortable. 3, Anthony is very kind, always warm-hearted respond for any questions. Helped us drop off our luggages before check-in time. And the check-in guide & the house-using guide are all very clear & helpful. We want to express our sincere thanks to Anthony for everything. We'll come back again :)

Jemma’s place is the perfect spot to explore Manchester - stylish and cosy with absolutely everything you need. Right next to the tram stop in the beautiful West Didsbury area. Communication was always super friendly, helpful and speedy. Jemma put a toddler cot up for us and even gave us a very sweet discount at her WONDERFUL coffee shop just down the road. Thanks Jemma, we’ll be back!

Fantastic communication from Simon with excellent instructions on how to find the place. Also included were recommended pubs and restaurants, along with other local info. Wilmslow is a lovely area on the outskirts of Manchester and a brilliant location for us to stay for meeting family. The apartment is presented to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. Comfy beds, good shower and well equipped kitchen together with good wifi and parking. There is a handy keybox for independent entry to the apartment, although Simon happened to be present when we turned up and showed us the parking and showed us around. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Space was as described, all of the items needed for a good stay were provided. I didn't have much interaction with Caroline, because everything went so well. Would absolutely stay there again

Beautiful and stylish place. Was clean and well kept. Had great responsiveness and was supportive with any issues. Lovely host. Had an unlucky heat wave that made the place a bit uncomfortable. Would highly suggest requesting a fan in advance if it is going to be warm. Other than that it was an amazing experience all around!

Our stay was brilliant for a weekend getaway to Manchester. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings out of the city, but close enough to city to keep you preoccupied. The log cabin is completely private, but facilitated with everything you need. Chris was a brilliant host, very informative of local businesses, we even had a lovely breakfast at local recommendation of a farm shop/cafe. Will be recommending to friends.

Amazing stay! Amazing hosts! Thank you Sam for being a great host. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed - even a complimentary cocktail! Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Flexible check in and check out. Overall a very peaceful location and easy access to places via taxi. Although a small Airbnb, it was cosy with enough space for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was lovely, large, and clean. The garden was pretty and well kept with lovely lights and a cosy summer house. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. No faults at all!

I booked this stay as a last-minute getaway with my husband‘s birthday. From the moment I messaged Anthea she was very attentive and answered any queries I had. Communication was very clear between myself and the host upon checking in she even came to greet us and showed us how to use the hot tub. She wasn’t in your face or in your way but was there if needed. For the price the stay is definitely a steal and I look forward to booking again ☺️
