Downtown house/smallholding with rural location

House/smallholding centrally on beautiful Jæren. Rural idyll, but at the same time central. Only 1,5 km away from Bryne city centre. 500 meters to the nearest grocery store. The whole house has a lovely view of Frøylandsvatnet. Wake up in bed and enjoy the view with a cuppa, or sit in the good chair in the living room and enjoy views and wildlife beyond the windows. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of a couple of sea eagles in search of the day's meal. Close to many nice attractions such as Jærstrendene , the royal park and many great mountain hikes.

Newer townhouse from 2015 with 3 bedrooms (double bed 180cm x 2m, 1 children's room with pull-out bed under 2 pieces 90cm x 2m, as well as new smaller children's room in the top floor with 80x200 that pulls out to a double bed). Sleeps 6, but can arrange for 1 mattress on the floor in the basement living room if desired for the 7th person. Here, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to Kongeparken, Norwegian Outlet, swimming areas and mountain hikes. 10 minutes from Sandnes and 25 minutes from Stavanger.

End row house with cozy backyard/garden. Charcoal grill available. The house is located in a construction field called Solbakkane, in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Park and Ålgård city center. Great hiking area just across the construction field, with marked hiking trails. Carport plus several parking spaces in the yard. Norwegian Outlet is located in downtown Ålgård, as well as swimming areas (Perl and Kanalparken). Ålgård also has good restaurants and cafes, Preikestolen is an hour drive away. Stavanger 25 minutes. Jærstrendene 20 min.

Popular beach to surf! Quiet construction area without passing through, with short distance to Jærhagen shopping center and 10 min drive from Bryne or Sandnes city center. Pulpit Rock about 1 hour drive. There are regular bus connections from klepp center to the train station.

Spacious single-family home with garden in quiet neighborhood. Good sun conditions and evening sun. Trampoline and hammock in the garden. Boundaries to free area, with playgrounds, great nature and flashes of hiking trails just nearby. Kongeparken, Jærstrendene, Stavanger and Prekestolen are within reach. A great starting point for a rich holiday! Rented out under LS. Ready-made beds and towels are included in the rent. Public transport is a short walking distance from the residence. Takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Kongeparken.

There were eight of us at a country meeting in Ålgård. Atle was very helpful, responded quickly to message and phone. He helped with shortcuts and took us home. Atle also took care that everyone had a good time and we could not imagine a better host! Would highly recommend staying here. Very nice and calm space. The nature around was also great.

We rented this Airbnb from Thursday to Sunday and could not have enjoyed it more! Houses were clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great – both quiet and central, with easy access to most things. The host was very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. The little extras that were set up for us really made an impression – we felt welcome right away. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We had nice days in Sabrina's house. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood despite the fact that the house is located in the middle of a row, and with many townhouses around. Fun little playgrounds for the kids nearby. We had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Daniel's house! The location is great, just a couple of steps to the beach. The house itself was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Daniel was also very easy. Highly recommended!

Great house in a lovely area, lots to do for adults and children. Perfect for families with children with animals. A little close to the railway line, but quickly got used to it. Really nice host who responded quickly.
