Great hiking area just across the construction field, with marked hiking trails. Carport plus several parking spaces in the yard. Norwegian Outlet is located in downtown Ålgård, as well as swimming areas (Perl and Kanalparken). Ålgård also has good restaurants and cafes, Preikestolen is an hour drive away. Stavanger 25 minutes. Jærstrendene 20 min.

Quiet and child-friendly area with football bin and a small bike track outside the house. Walking distance to the amphitheater,Norwegian outlet and the royal park.Frisbeegolf course right down the hill, Øygardsvatnet is also down the hill, where you can swim, hike, or paddle on sup boards. Can borrow sup boards and frisbee golf discs from me. Canoe storage by the water.

The home is spacious with two outdoor areas, and good sun conditions. Gravel court for football and activities just outside. Short way Kongeparken. Electric car charger available for a fee. Otherwise close to swimming facilities, hiking areas and mountains. Popular trips nearby are Kjerag and Pulpit Rock, and the jær beaches. 30 min to Stavanger, 20min to Sandnes. Hypoallergenic dog lives here.

Stay close to nature

Supercosy, homy house with a wonderful lake view. You will have that nature feeling, beautiful hikes just outside the doorstep. central, close to shopping, cafees and restaurants in Ålgård. 10 minutes walk from the house you can catch the bus to Sandnes or Stavanger. 1 hour drive to skiing resorts. We are two adults and four kids partially live here. Feel free to borrow toys and books. Double garage available for parking. Charger for electrical car available (extra charge).

Basic basement apartment with free parking

This is a quiet residence in a peaceful area. Short distance to swimming area (100 m) and outdoor areas with a frisbee golf course (800 m) and many hiking opportunities. Walking distance to Kongeparken, Ålgård city center and Norwegian Outlet. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, in addition to a private bathroom. Kitchenette consists of fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen equipment.

Flat located directly on the lake

This place is located by a lake 30 km south of Stavanger. If you want to take a bath or fish in the lake, you are free to do that. There is also a possibility to use our two kayaks. The area offers good hiking opportunities such as Preikestolen and Kjerag. In this lovely place you are getting your own kitchen, a big bathroom with a walk in shower and a bathtub, a nice bedroom and a good sized living room with a nice view over the garden and the lake.

Idyllic cabin on private islet

The cabin is idyllically located on a private islet, only a 10-15 min drive from Kongeparken. (Bilvei out to the cabin) Here you get to stay rural and only a short drive away from Ålgård city center. The cabin is surrounded by fresh water (Homslandvatnet) and here you can swim, fish or take a rotary. Suitable for families with small children who will be close to the royal park.
