Apartament to rent in a typical ligurian \"carugio\". The apartment has 2 double rooms, living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, but in one bedroom the double bed can be separated in 2 twin beds. Each room has a window. the guests will find in each room guardarobe, mirror, chest of drawers. linen and towels are available for the guests. the living/dining room has a table with 4 chairs, a small sofa, TV and radio apparatus. the bathroom is equipped with WC, shower. the kichen is equipped with refrigeretor, stove and electric oven. Dishes, glassware, pans and silverware are available for the guests. In the winter, the apartement has heating. We supply towel,linen and beach towels and ombrella. The apartment is in a typical ligurian \"carugio\" in the old part of the village, in the center. there are some stairs to reach the (website hidden) is located on the ground floor of a two stores building, with independent entrance. it is in a pedestrian area and the neighbourhood is very quiet. guests can enjoy an outdoor area with table and chairs, where eating and reading is possible and pleasant. The seashore and the closest beaches are within walking distance (about 3 minutes by walk). The train station is 7 minutes far on the promenade or a few minutes of taxi ride. shops and market are less than 1 minutes far, restaurants, bars and the laundry are 2/3 minutes far from the apartment. Possibility to book boat tour to the 5Terre, Portovenere and sunset tour with Popeye boat tours.

L'appartamento presenta aspetti positivi e negativi. È posto in una posizione comodissima, davvero strategica per la visita alla città. Vicinissimi troverete due supermercati e, proprio sotto, una panetteria praticamente sempre aperta. La persona che ci ha accolti ci ha fornito tantissime indicazioni utili e preziose. L'appartamento è pulito e il bagno spazioso. È però bene sapere che l' appartamento è al secondo piano e le scale sono ripide e strette, difficili per chi avesse passeggini, disabilità o bagagli pesanti. L'unica finestra affaccia sul palazzo antistante e sopra una cucina professionale, quindi è impossibile tenerla aperta e cambiare aria durante le ore di lavoro della cucina. Il pavimento è un po' in pendenza. Sono però dettagli che pesano solo se ci passate del tempo, se lo usate solo per dormirci è perfetto.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sandro. Sandro est très accueillant et nous a donné envie de revenir très vite. il nous a donné les bonnes adresses et les moyens de transports utiles pour pouvoir se débrouiller sans voiture à Biassa. concernant le logement il est conforme à la description. tout était très propre et il était possible d'utiliser la cuisine pour se faire a manger. la literie était confortable. je recommande à tous les voyageurs qui veulent randonner dans les Cinque Terre. merci Sandro

Corniglia is a very small town a a bit less crowded than the others but with enough restaurants. Apartment is large (3 bedrooms), clean and comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable. Views spectacular. Host works next door, met us in piazza and brought us to the apartment. Host is available for help, she sent someone to help us with the washing machine. Corniglia is best place to start to walk to Vernassa. Beach is pretty but down many steps and very difficult to swim. I would stay in this town again to avoid the crowds. Easy to use the train between towns. Take a boat trip from Vernassa.

Wir haben uns bei Mario sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige und etwas abseits gelegene Unterkunft ist ideal um von dort aus direkt seine Wanderungen in die Umgebung (direkt am Pilgerpfad!) oder nach Berceto (ca. 30 minuten zu Fuss) bzw. in die Bergwelt des Appenins zu starten. Mario & Familie haben uns sehr gut unterstützt und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft für NaturliebhaberInnen sehr entpfehlen..tutti bene...:-))

Manuela’s place is indescribable. Every touch and style choice helped make our stay one of a kind. I have never experienced peace and serenity like I did on Palmaria. We had everything we needed in this nicely decorated spot. It was well situated for a visit into Genoa center. Also very near the train station. We like the proximity to a wonderful walk along the sea to the town of Nervi. A great park at the end. Our host was very kind and attentive. They even helped to move us and our luggage from the restaurant! We enjoyed the spot she arranged for a lunch nearby with a beautiful view.

Als erstes möchten wir erwähnen, dass George ein aussergewöhnlich netter und sympathischer Gastgeber ist. Er holte uns am Bahnhof ab und brachte uns am Tag der Abreise wieder zurück. Ausserdem gab er uns wertvolle Tipps für schöne Ausflüge. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir im Kühlschrank leckere Getränke vor, auch Kaffeepulver war bereits vorhanden - eine sehr nette Geste! Aus zwei ursprünglich wohl sehr renovationsbedürftigen Räumen (das Haus an sich scheint ziemlich alt) hat George mit grossem Können und viel Liebe zum Detail einen ästhetisch ansprechenden und stilvollen kleinen Rückzugsort geschaffen. Ein weiteres Plus, dass nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf: Das Bett ist super bequem! Klitzekleines Minus: Es hat zu wenig Platz für einen Esstisch. Der Weg zum Bahnhof von La Spezia ist zu Fuss gut machbar (ca. 15 Minuten). Somit ist diese Wohnung ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, nach Portovenere und andere Orte an der ligurischen Küste.
