il soggiorno è stato splendido. Daniele è attento e reattivo; la camera, sebbene piccola è dotata di tutto il necessario e si trova in una posizione che regala un panorama MOZZAFIATO. Ideale per un viaggio in moto e per chi vuole percorrere il trekking del sentiero azzurro. Consigliatissimo!!!

Host reattivo nelle risposte ai messaggi e molto cordiale, la casa è molto spaziosa e in ordine, offre da dormire a più persone, la cucina viene lasciata con anche viveri per poter fare una prima colazione. Posto consigliato a chi intende pernottare per più di una notte

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

Door een fout in de datum (van onze kant) kon de boeking eigenlijk niet doorgaan, maar Francesco dacht meteen in oplossingen en bood een goed alternatief. Zijn familie is allerhartelijkst en heeft ons geweldig onthaald; wat een warmte en liefde! Het bergdorpje is schattig en biedt een oase van rust. Het ontbijt is niet standaard inbegrepen, wat de advertentie wel suggereerde, maar wij mochten spontaan bij de ouders mee aan tafel bij het diner! Een bnb die wij van harte kunnen aanbevelen. Francesco is een fantastische host, zelfs als hij niet ter plekke is en zijn familie weet wat gastvrijheid is.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

Michele è un perfetto padrone di casa, sempre attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti. Non fa mai mancare nulla, dall'accoglienza ai saluti finali. I suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare sono stati molto utili e ci ha permesso di passare un weekend perfetto insieme ai nostri amici a quattro zampe. Anche loro molto soddisfatti dell'ampio giardino esterno. Ringraziamo ancora Michele per questa mini vacanza.

Excellent séjour chez Noris Le logement est impeccable, nous avons adoré la décoration dans l’esprit italien. Literie parfaite. Emplacement idéal pour faire les 5 terres, Pise, Florence, Carrare Malgré notre arrivée tardive, Noris était là à nous attendre pour nous accueillir, Tout pour le petit déjeuner à notre disposition et la place de parking devant la maison, la cerise sur le gâteau. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Accessible uniquement en voiture mais qui permet d'avoir un magnifique panorama sur la Spezia dans un cadre idyllique au milieu de la nature tout en étant à 10 min de la ville. Encore merci à Agnese pour son hospitalité et toutes les (petites) attentions ! Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement !! Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir !!

Siamo arrivati in treno e Paolo ci è venuto incontro a piedi e ci ha accompagnati a casa. Lungo il percorso ci ha dato molte informazioni sulle cose da vedere a Genova e nei dintorni. A casa ci attendeva Nica e ci hanno mostrato l'accogliente appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario. Era la settimana di Pasqua e una colomba era in cucina tutta per noi, è stato un pensiero veramente gentile. Si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta e ci hanno fatto subito sentire come a casa nostra. L'appartamento molto bello è in una posizione strategica vicino al centro e quindi è senz'altro da consigliare per un soggiorno a Genova. Nica e Paolo si sono dimostrati ospiti attenti e molto premurosi.

Il mio è stato un soggiorno di quasi due mesi quindi i dettagli che possono avermi spiazzato al principio sono in realtà del tutto irrilevanti per soggiorni brevi. La casa è molto bella. Elisabetta è donna di grandi risorse, massima cura per gli ospiti, grande calore ed efficienza immediata in ogni circostanza. L'appartamento è molto curato, qualche eccentrico dettaglio che lo rende assai unico e pulitissimo. Dotato di ogni elettrodomestico desiderato. Stoviglie bellissime. Letto comodo. Unici nei, ad essere pignoli, arrivano dal rumore della strada per chi è particolarmente sensibile. Penso però che i bellissimi infissi d'epoca saranno presto adeguati all'ormai troppo invasivo traffico. Qualche mobile in più che nelle foto non figura ancora e che ha leggermente mutato l'immagine complessiva. È un alloggio che consiglio e un incontro fortunato.

L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort,si trova a due passi dal mare,dalla stazione e dal centro, fornito di vari negozi alimentari, ristoranti e bar. Parcheggio gratuito davanti casa anche se tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie per l'ospitalità Lorella, abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza!

L’appartamento di Mauro è esattamente come me lo aspettavo, tranquillo, in pieno centro e con tutti i servizi descritti. Mauro è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Lo ringrazio molto per la flessibilità del check-in e check-out. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ruth was SOOOO helpful in every way! The apartment was perfect; clean and gorgeous!!! What an amazing view and experience in Vernazza! The location is easily accessible and close to everything, including the train station! We arrived in the pouring rain with 2 medium suitcases weighing 50 pounds each, and had no issues climbing up the few steps to get to the apartment. Definitely recommend!!!

This is our second time staying at this apartment, it is as good as we expected. The apartment is located in a great location, 5 minute walk to the train station, walkable to all restaurants and shops It is very spacious, very cleaned, with comfortable bed, it is very quiet in the evening. Communication with Marco & Dori as well as Alessandro are very easy, they are super friendly and very accommodating hosts. We had a wonderful time in La Spezia & comfortable stay at the apartment, strongly recommended. Thank you Marco & Dori for hosting us again. Hoa, Charlie, Angie & Kevin

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Superbe séjour dans cet atypique logement ! Fabianna est vraiment une hôte formidable, qui a le souci de proposer à ses clients une expérience parfaite : tout est très propre, le petit déjeuner est superbe avant de partir pour de longues journées dans les 5 Terres, et Fabianna est toujours disponible pour proposer les meilleurs conseils de restaurants ou activités ! Le logement, en plus d’être idéalement situé dans Levanto (restaus, plage, gare, tout est à moins de 5min à pied), est atypique avec cette impressionnante « grotte » et son espace extérieur calme. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement, vous serez aussi ravis que nous l’avons été !

Je recommande ce logement ! Maria a été incroyable avec nous. Dès notre arrivée, elle est gentiment venue nous récupérer à la gare de La Spezia. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les divers transports en commun que nous pouvions utiliser durant notre séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli chez elle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Salle de bain privé, ce qui est très rare de trouver en Italie ! La chambre était toute mignonne, avec un accès à la piscine et un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous remercions Maria pour ce séjour merveilleux et nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt. Die Fotos der Unterkunft und die Beschreibung waren zutreffend, jedoch war es vor Ort noch viel viel schöner. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind stilvoll und die Gastgeber wahnsinnig freundlich. Zu Fuß sind zwar wenige aber sehr leckere Restaurants erreichbar und 20min weit weg sind sehr schöne Wanderwege. Die Lage ist zwar sehr weit außerhalb, jedoch wirklich empfehlenswert.

Merci à l’accueil de Luciano très réactif , super petit déjeuner à l’extérieur vue sur les oliviers, nous a donné de bons conseils pour se restaurer , bel espace entre mer et montagne dommage que nous ayons eu une journée de pluie et ne pas pouvoir randonner. Il faudra revenir…

Sarah est une personne qui sait et qui aime recevoir. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est d’une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuné au top ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 terres ! Et le petit cadeau personnalisé du départ est super…un grand merci pour l’accueil !

We loved our stay here in Pitelli! Eleonora was a wonderful host and was super helpful in sharing things to do in the area, and was also very responsive throughout our stay, even helping us get a taxi late one evening after some changes to our plans. The room and town are lovely and worth a visit; the surrounding areas of Lerici, San Terenzo, and Tellaro are nearby, beautiful, and worth exploring. Visiting other towns is possible without a car (although a car would make it much easier) - there are free buses (although outside of the summer months, they don't run in the evening), and walking is possible. However, if you do walk, it is very hilly, and you should expect a workout and some walking along the road. Thanks!
