Accommodation completely as described. Located in a small village where you can find everything you need (bakery, charcuterie, caterer, restaurant, supermarket, etc.). Despite the cold winter, well heated apartment. Lots of stairs but well secured. Excellent!

Everything was perfect! We had a pleasant stay in a heavenly environment. The immediate proximity of the lake is just amazing and allowed us to enjoy the paddles all day. Not to mention the breathtaking view that didn't make us want to go out for dinner in the evening; we preferred to enjoy the terrace and this incredible setting. The studio is cute and really well-equipped, we did not lack anything and appreciated the touches offered by Catherine. The bikes available are also very useful for getting to Annecy or shopping at nearby stores without using your vehicle. As for Catherine and her husband, they are very friendly hosts with whom we enjoyed talking. In short, our best rental near Annecy to date and we hope to come back very soon.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay within this secure residence. The listing was the same as the listing. Co-host Emilie was at her best. Many shops are nearby. Close to the bike path that goes around the lake.

Great location with stunning views. Super easy check in and responsive host. Great for us as we enjoyed being slightly out of the hub of Val Claret and Le Lac. The views are absolutely stunning and we enjoyed the peace. There are ample great restaurants, bars, shops and bakery near by. With fantastic ski in and access to the piste. Would recommend! Iryna also provides all the essentials to ensure the standards of cleaning can be upheld which I appreciate. We would definitely stay again!

Gwen's place is even nicer than the pictures look. Lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen / lounging area and fireplace. Also very conveniently located to the slopes! Less than a 1k walk. They were also able to set us up with ski rental that was extremely convenient.

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous gem of a home right in the centre of Tignes Les Brevieres. Super convenient location right opposite the supermarket and close to the ski hire and ski lifts. Really comfy and cosy accomodation and everything we needed for a wonderful family ski holiday. Thank you Odile!

We had a great time at Laetitia's home. It is very well located in a small village by the lake but a little away from traffic, a short walk from the mountain to go for a walk. The house is furnished in a special way (the upstairs living room, the bedroom on the ground floor), but that's no problem. Nothing to complain about the furniture and equipment in the kitchen. There is a nice little garden, with furniture, barbecue, and the river flowing right next door. Thank you to Laetitia and her parents for the welcome, the tips during the stay, the drive. We highly recommend this address!

Lovely stay in a peaceful setting. The Studio is well arranged, close to the lake and the bike path. Vincent is friendly, welcoming and available. Recommended.

We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, good location, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walking distance from the house to the lake, I recommend this villa to you, it's completely safe.

The place is really exceptional with the direct view of the lake and the charm of the village.. Very warm welcome, our hosts were particularly responsive to answer all our questions. The house is comfortable, modern and super well-equipped! Only bemol during busy weekends, walking traffic is not easy with young children on the lane that runs along the lake and is intended for both pedestrians and bikes.

The house is perfectly equipped and well appointed. Great for a week-long stay, access to the lake, Talloires beach and nearby hikes allow for a good time! Especially when the weather is nice! There are nice board games for bad days!;)

We had a great stay at Didier’s. The house looked as shown in the photos. The deck area and garden were particularly good and effectively extended the house. It is also a great location - quiet but close to the lake. Very good for cycling. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful - would stay again!

Well located apartment, close to the city center with a shuttle to the funicular a 5-minute walk away.

We had a great time. We were very well hosted by Myriam who gave us good advice and is friendly. The apartment is well decorated and functional by the lake where we were able to swim. There are two good restaurants very close by. We'll be there again. Thank you for trusting us. Denis and Carmela

We loved this house — everything was perfect for us. The location is amazing (and super private). The owner lives on-site and is kind and available. The lawn and outdoor patio were fantastic — I was there for a work retreat with my colleagues, and I wasn’t sure if we would have enough space for smaller breakout sessions. The answer is that we had more than enough space, and we an absolutely wonderful time. The seating areas are perfect. However the true showstopper is the access to the lake, which is super private. We (and our dogs) were in heaven. Highly recommended. As soon as we schedule the dates for our next work retreat, we will book this place again for sure.

Apartment meets our expectations and in accordance with the description with the exception of the Wifi Connection. Very good proactive communication from Anna. Private access to the beach is a real plus compared to crowded beaches, no shade and no dogs around the lake.
